I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Andrew Lalli at the St. Pete Oral Surgery Institute, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of care I received. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel welcome, informed, and genuinely cared for.
Dr. Lalli is exceptional—not only highly skilled, but also incredibly compassionate. He took time to clearly explain each step of the procedure, answered every question with patience, and ensured I felt comfortable from start to finish. His calm, confident manner instantly put me at ease.
The support staff deserves just as much praise. Every team member I interacted with was professional, warm, and attentive. They run a very organized office, communicate clearly, and go above and beyond to make what could be a stressful experience feel smooth and comfortable.
The procedure itself was fast, painless, and the after‑care instructions were thorough and easy to follow. Thanks to Dr. Lalli and his amazing team, my recovery has been quick and complication‑free.
I highly recommend Dr. Lalli and the St. Pete Oral Surgery Institute to anyone in need of oral surgery. They truly set the standard for patient care.

I needed my wisdom teeth out asap and they made it happen…. My consultation was done on Thursday and my teeth were removed on Friday. This is a self owned practice in which you can tell the surgeon really takes pride in what he does and how he treats his patients. The whole office is clean and everyone is truly lovely and has great attitudes. In the future, if I ever need any other oral surgery, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Love love love this place.

This is one of the most professional oral surgeon offices I have visited. The entire team provided exceptional and compassionate care. I had my wisdom teeth removed, and the procedure was quick and painless. From the moment I arrived, my concerns were heard and addressed, and I felt genuinely well cared for throughout the entire process. Dr. Andrew Lalli and his entire staff made me so incredibly comfortable throughout the process. Very warm, welcoming environment. Doc talked me through everything in detail, keeping me informed the whole way, and set realistic expectations about the process. Super knowledgeable, personable, and just overall incredibly congenial. Beautiful office, wonderful waiting area, very clean and cozy. If I could give them 10 stars instead of 5, I certainly would! Highly recommended.

I had my wisdom teeth removed at St. Pete Oral Surgery Institute, and from the very beginning I had the best experience. The office is clean, calm, and welcoming, which immediately helped ease my nerves. I was extremely anxious going into the procedure it was my first time ever being under anesthesia, and I needed all four of my wisdom teeth removed Dr. Matthew Lalli took the time to answer all of my questions and walked me through everything step-by-step so I always knew what to expect. That alone made a huge difference for me. The entire process, from start to finish, was smooth, calming, and reassuring. Even after the surgery, when I had a few concerns and questions, I was able to reach the office through their after-hours line and they responded quickly and thoroughly. Having that kind of support afterward truly made the biggest difference and made me feel completely taken care of. Both Dr. Matthew Lalli and Dr. Andrew Lalli, along with the entire staff, truly make you feel like family. They went above and beyond in every way, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re nervous about having dental work done, I highly recommend Dr. Matthew Lalli, Dr. Andrew Lalli, and the team at St. Pete Oral Surgery Institute they are absolutely the best.

Meet the Doctors

Dr. Matthew Lalli, originally from Westchester, New York, earned his chemistry degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. He completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at New York Medical College, where he served as chief resident, and practiced for six years at a local office before founding the St. Pete practice, gaining extensive experience in full mouth rehabilitation and advanced implant placement. Dr. Andrew Lalli earned a bachelor's degree in molecular cell biology from the University of Connecticut and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. He completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Northwell Health Long Island Jewish Medical Center, serving as chief resident in his final year, and began his career in Tampa before joining his brother in St. Petersburg.
