My mom had a dental emergency and Dr. Watts got her in the same day. The staff was so kind when when checked in (and the friendly office puppy named Bear!). Dr. Watts got her taken care of quickly and all the pain is now gone. This is a great local dental office, very neat, clean, and terrific service!
** There is street parking right in front of the office, but the garage on the north side of the building is very convenient for anyone that doesn’t love parallel parking :)

These provide a high end boutique experience. They did my dental work under IV sedation, and the work was flawless. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend this team.

Meet the Doctors
St. Pete Specialists is led by two periodontists, Dr. Brett Silvers and Dr. Sausha Toghranegar. Dr. Brett Silvers, DMD, earned a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Central Florida, graduating summa cum laude, and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He went on to complete a residency there and holds a certificate in Advanced Education in Periodontology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Sausha Toghranegar, DMD, graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in Microbiology, then earned his dental doctorate at Nova Southeastern University, where he also completed a master's degree and his periodontal residency. He was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honorary dental society, has lectured locally and nationally on minimally invasive periodontal plastic surgery, accelerated orthodontics, digital dental planning, and dental implant technology, and uses digital planning and 3D printing to customize implant treatment.
