I had extensive work done on all of my upper teeth. I think they referred to it as a 'smile redesign'! Before going to Star Dental I had had extensive dental work done including several root canals, caps, crowns, and veneers. I am certain that they got many surprises when they replaced my crowns, caps and veneers as my teeth underneath had many cavities leaving little tooth to work with in many instances. The work they did was exceptional and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff from the front desk to the technicians to the doctor (Dr. Fara) were all exceptional. The office is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Fara and Star Dental.

I'd like to share my experience at Star Dental. It's a wonderful clinic. The staff is fantastic, the doctor is very kind and speaks Spanish, which was a great help. Except for one person who works there, I think her name is Anita. The day I went, she was in the finance department, so I told her my English was limited, and she replied, "Oh, so cute." I found that offensive because I don't see anything good in a limitation. Then she asked me what my credit limit was. I told her I have a good credit history, but I wanted to pay for my treatment in cash, so I was looking at dental options I could pay in cash. And she said again, "Oh, so cute," and added, "It's going to be very expensive, it's a lot of money." She asked me what my credit limit was, 750. I told her it was almost 800, but I didn't want to finance it, and again she replied, "Oh, so cute." She said it offensively, as if I were incompetent. That was her attitude every time she said, "Oh, so cute!" because she repeated it many times when I told her I didn't want to finance it and that I didn't want her to try to get a loan; I didn't want to damage my credit history. She insisted several times that she finance my dental treatment. I hope you understand my message and that the (the lady so cute) treats everyone with respect. In short, I recommend this clinic 100%, …except for the woman (so cute!)… I was going to get treatment on my upper teeth, but this woman made me never want to go back to Star Dental. I loved the clinic and how they would work on my smile; they had a spectacular technique.

I’m done with this place. It’s like going to a used car dealership. High pressure sales from start to finish. I dread going because I know I have be strong and “just say no” over an over to get out of there under $200. With insurance. They just tried to charge me $150 to replace a crown that popped off. WITH INSURANCE!!! I’ve had crowns pop off before (that they put on, mind you) and they just put them back on. Now it costs me $150. What incentive do you have to put a crown on securely when you make $150 every time it pops off? And they didn’t even tell me about the charge until I was done. I’ve always had the ick feeling, like their goal is to take financial advantage of people instead of doing what’s right and necessary, but this was the final straw. NEVER going back.

I went to this place for a consult and was seen by a dental tech told me the doctors were not free to see me and I needed a full mouth for porcelain teeth. I have all my teeth. I’m still looking for veneers, so I’m mistakenly requested a consult after 3 months and was given an appointment. When I went to my appointment I was told they had no record of me being there previously and had to fill out another set of forms. I saw Anita who I had seen for first consult and she said that I wanted it cheap.. kept repeating cheap even when I told her I never said that. She obviously never wrote anything down and never remember our conversation. Anita again told me that doctors were too busy to see me and told me to get get more quotes then come back. I told her I will never come back a third time to only be seen by a technician who did not know. I texted the scheduler about this and she apologized that she was able to see that I had gone there once.

Went for implant consult today,Anita, Bianca and the Dr were very polite and showed upmost xompassion for my situation, agreed for a treatment plan to do all on 6 for both my top and bottom teeth.. so far everythkng seems great, will ipdate review after treatment, right now i am very pleased and excited to recieve the treatment from star dental
