I had an appointment that I'd been waiting months for that was canceled 20 minutes beforehand because the dentist was not going to be in. I understand things happen, but the person that called did not apologize for the inconvenience, seem concerned that I'd taken off work for the appointment, or offer any sort of explaination. If I wasn't able to reschedule for 9 a.m. on Monday then I'd have to wait another month to be seen. When I said, I'd probably need to go somewhere else, the answer was, "Okay, that's fine." This doesn't strike me as the way a caring staff member would approach a phone call like this. The person calling also said they have one dentist on staff, so I assume that rescheduling in circumstances like this is going to be a hassle until staffing changes. Disappointing.

Absolutely will not go anywhere else but here, all of the staff were so friendly and kind. The atmosphere was very laid back and comfortable. I honestly felt as though everyone working there truly enjoyed being there which makes for an even better experience. Plus with the new patient special I only paid $79 for a FULL exam!

Would happily give this place no stars if I could. Very unsure why this business has such a high star rating, but if you actually read the reviews .. it makes sense. This business is a scam?? I can’t figure it out, but I had the worst dental visit I’ve ever experienced here 6 months to a year ago and I called and canceled my follow up appt because I didn’t want to go back. This was just a routine cleaning, mind you. After canceling, I continued to receive messages that my appt was coming up, so I called and canceled over the phone, again, last week. I just received a bill in the mail for my phone call. This isn’t the first astronomical bill I’ve received from this dental place. Outside of these obnoxious bills, I had an appt for my daughter last year and we waited in the waiting room for an hour and half before being seen. I have other children, so this was a major inconvenience. We arrived on time for our appt. We have one of the best insurances, I shouldn’t be getting bills for my yearly cleanings. But everytime me or my husband went in for cleanings, we had to pay anywhere from $200-300 upfront (for unknown/outstanding reasons). I withheld this bad review for a year, after my terrible last cleaning, but receiving this $100 bill today FOR A CANCELATION PHONE CALL that should have been canceled months ago, is outrageous. Make it make sense. The facility is clean, and everyone is nice but no way will we be back. Beware they will take all of your money and then some. Sheesh

Staff were very friendly and more importantly professional. I had not been to a dentist for a long time and they were very supportive and helpful in developing a treatment plan.

Everyone was so friendly, professional, kind, and helpful too! The staff was very informative and I felt like they truly kept my best interests in mind. I won't go anywhere else for my dental needs!
