Extremely painful tooth extraction and bone graft procedure. The initial procedure was performed while I was under IV sedation. By week two the dentist wanted to remove the stitches, but I was too swollen, bruised and sore to open my jaw. We waited another week and I was still in pain, swollen jaw, not a happy camper with this process! Dr. Reck started removing the stitches which caused a sharp stabbing pain that I could not sit still for. He decided to numb me, but the shot was also too painful for me. I believe he got in a big hurry to administer the shot because the swipe to numb before the shot wasn't working at all!!! My dentist recommended this Dr. for this procedure, but clearly he doesn't know how to manage pain. Three weeks later and my jaw still hurts, it's very difficult to eat. The two stars are for the staff, they all are very pleasant.

Everyone in the office was very professional and very polite. They were kind and they understood that I had an extreme fear but they were able to subside that fear by not only being polite and understanding, but being professional and assuring me in what they were doing and What the procedure was going to be like. The lady that put in my IV was very polite and it did not hurt at all. The procedure itself went fairly quickly once we got back, it was a little frustrating waiting but it was also nice knowing that they did not rush the patient in front of me because that means I got the same treatment. I would definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Reck and staff are always amazing. They are quick and friendly. I have bad anxiety around dental procedures but when I come here they do a really good job at making you feel comfortable. It also helps that they are really quick and efficient at what they do. Getting a tooth extracted in minutes instead of hours is a huge relief to someone with dental anxiety. I’ve been going here for any dental surgery I need for 17 years now. I highly recommend them.

I took my daughter for her wisdom teeth extraction. We felt like we were in the "express lane." Although, the staff and Dr. Reck were very polite and friendly, we felt we were rushed in and out. When Janet came in to place her IV, she did NOT wear gloves, and did it with bare hands. I was trying to distract my daughter from the IV, should I have noticed sooner, I would have said something. After surgery, we were rushed out of the office, before she could fully wake up. She was very out of it, and they were rushing us out of the office. Should we need an oral surgeon in the future, we will go elsewhere.

The front desk staff and the assistant that did all my intake were amazing. Day of surgery was a nightmare. Over an hour late getting the procedure done. I told them I have issues coming out of sedation but when the procedure was done my husband was called back to take me home and said it was obvious I was NOT out from under the sedation. It was over a 2 hour drive home and I barely was awake enough the lady 30 minutes. I plan to inform my dentist to seek another facility for their referrals. Very unprofessional!!
