I had seen several dentists before age 65. I can honestly say; dr Rasner has been informative about my oral health and has the staff to put you at ease. Thank you Dr Rasner and staff! You're the best.

The Office is Great and Outstanding with the dental care they provide. My major complaint is that I was supposed to get a refund for dental work that could not be completed. The refund was for $1568.00 and was supposed to be issued in December. After calling and talking with the business office I was told that it was issued on January 29. Checked my bank and called them. Bank checked incoming and even junk mail but no refund was issued. I called and spoke with Michael who said it should be returned. I told him no and was told to wait until the end of February because of the amount. Still no refund and was told now that my bank had to file a dispute. I told Michael that I am a Senior Citizen and need my refund to pay other bills. Showed no concern and would not even give me the name of the bank that was supposed to issue refund. I was told do what I have to do to get it back. I am sure the office is not hurting for money and I had to pay before work was done, but why no refund. Please Help if Anyone in the office can.

LATEST UPDATE TO MY JOURNEY!! UPDATE for 1-23-26 recording session. Was very nervous to be recorded regarding my dental journey!! However, Dr Rasner, Michele & Todd made me feel very comfortable to go thru with my story so far!! It was a great experience!! So thankful for their professionalism!! I definitely recommend Dr Rasner & staff to anyone fearful of dental procedures! Give them a try for yourself sooner rather than later!! UPDATE! for 1-19-26 office visit. Once again it's another 5 star rating with Dr Rasner and his staff! Everyone is so kind and understanding. Will forever be thankful for their expertise as my journey thru dental implants continues. If you have any dental issues please give them a chance to help you out asap! Don't wait like I did!!! Update: 12-10-25 Visit for check up today went great. Couldn't ask for a better team to work on me! Very thankful for them all! Another great experience with Dr Steven Rasner & staff today! Everyone was kind, attentive & reassuring the entire time I was with them. Looking forward to upcoming procedures he has planned for me!! Went for another follow-up visit after my 10-15 procedure. I want to say that the staff are wonderful. Dorothy is the best. And I am always pleased with the services I receive. I drive 25 miles one way to Dr. Rasner' office and it's worth every mile to me because they go the extra mile with you!
