Cowards, and an absolute trash service. Customer service was garbage. Dental work its self is fine. We are a family of 4. We had appts @ 8:20, 8:50, & 9:10. We got there @ 7:45 - thinking they opened @ 8, they don't open until 8:30. While we were sitting there, I had a bad diabetes issue while waiting. So I called, and left a voicemail because they were not yet open explaining my situation. We even attempted to knock early to let the kids use the restroom but no one answered , even though we watched every single employee walk in. I ended up struggling and sitting through until they opened to try and ensure my kids could at-least get it. My wife went in with the kids and explained the situation to the front desk lady while I stayed in the car. The lady who checked her in asked when I would reschedule and my wife told her I would call, nothing more, nothing less. The kids finished their cleanings, everything was fine and we left. When I called back the very next day they informed me that after my wife left they decided to “fire” us as patients due to cancellations. Their policy is APPARENTLY 2 allowed for an entire family for the ENTIRE time you are patients. I had missed a few appointments to which they informed me (in my last appt 6 months prior) that due to that, I have to prepay for my appointments, which is fine no problem. I owe them no money, these were just teeth cleaning appointments. But are using the excuse that they told me that, as the reason why they wont accept us anymore. Best of all the doctor Mr. Bart Hayes waited until we left to “send us” a letter because NO ONE said anything while we were. Had we known, I would of brought my diabetic vomiting self in to get my teeth cleaned. They smiled to our face, took our money, then dropped us. Everything about this was handled poorly. I pity the people who have kids, work jobs, have last minute emergencies because if you do- this is not the place for you.

Stone Avenue was my FOURTH dentist office I went to that would help me. Many around my town are out of network & have a 4-6 month waiting list, two wanted to go through a $4K cleaning program (& 2 hour consult) before cleaning my teeth. I just wanted my cleaning. They got me in within 2 days, got my x-rays for me from the previous dentist, and I was VERY impressed with the entire staff and Dr Bart! I will use them for everything, even though I live 75 minutes away...and make sure my adult kids see them as well!

Great professional Dentist and his assistant Magan was very professional and knew what she was doing. Absolutely a great place to go.

Fantastic experience with them across the board, coming from someone who generally does not like going to the doctor. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming, as well as prompt to answer questions or help. My experience has been mostly with Dr. Hays, but my small interaction with Dr. Easlon was great as well. The office is very helpful when it comes to working around my odd work schedule and availability. Dr. Hays was quick to the point when addressing a potential issue he saw in my jaw and gave me a few different options on how to proceed. I felt very good about being in the care of him and his staff members.

I have had two crowns and a large bridge done by Bart Hayes. Both crowns and the bridge came out. My crowns might have lasted a year and a half and my bridge didn't make it much longer. I used to enjoy going to Dr. Hayes because he has a good bedside manner, but the work he's done for me has been very disappointing to say the least.
