Stonegate was the best. Everyone including the receptionist, nurses and Dr were so helpful, friendly and informative. The receptionist went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable when I called with questions. The Dr also took the time to sit down with me and go over the best option for me. I definitely recommend Stonegate.

Connie was wonderful to me. She was relentless in making sure my insurance company reimbursed me. They were impossible to get ahold of and I never received a check. She spent a lot of time getting them to pay me. Amazing job. Thank you Connie.

Dr Cassera did a wonderful job on a difficult extraction. His office staff was very nice. My ear buds died, not to worry they had headphones with all jacks. The Dr himself called me later and I explained something that I thought was normal (it was not). He stayed with me on the phone until I understood his instructions on what I needed to do. Most dentists or surgeons don't take that amout of time. Normally staff would call. I would recommend in a heart beat.

I had my wisdom teeth taken out in my hometown but I got dry socket when I came back to school for college. I had nowhere to go and many offices turned me away. This office took me in the same day and got my treated, besides my mouth feeling much better, I had such a great experience with both the surgeon and the staff. They are so welcoming and do such a great job at caring for their patients. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you to the staff at Stonegate you are all so kind and amazing ❤️

I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff is here. I made an appointment for wisdom teeth removal after a dentist referral. The woman at the front desk was very nice and took her time helping me set up my patient profile and getting things organized. They were able to fit me in within 2 days thankfully. Dr. Vorrasi and his team were incredibly accomodating and helped to ease my nerves during the entire procedure. He and his team are compassionate and professional the whole way through. I opted for the nitrous gas, which ended up not reacting well with my body (I cannot stress this enough, this was no fault of the medical staff at this facility, this was my own body chemistry not responding well. This was my first experience with oral surgery and nitrous gas, so now I know for the future to make a different decision). Halfway through the procedure, Dr. Vorrasi made a judgement call to finish the extraction he was on and that we would reschedule the remainder of the procedure for another day to not put my body through any more stress. The professionalism and care I experienced from that judgement call speaks volumes to me about their level of expertise. After the procedure, I received a check up call (on a Saturday!) to see how I was healing and to let them know if I needed anything. I am about 10 days post-op, and I feel fantastic. I would highly recommend this oral surgeon and the entire staff at Stonegate. They made an uncomfortable and nerve-wracking procedure so much better. I cannot thank them all enough!
