The techs that took my dental scans and teeth cleaning were fast and efficient. They definitely knew their job and were good at it. The dentist was very quick and was very knowledgeable. Identified all the major problems and also explained that my old fillings were damaged and needed replacing. As for how good they are with me in the chair and getting crowns and fillings that’s for a future review .. A+ so far

My appointment was cancelled because I was driving to the dental office and was a few minutes behind when my phone started ringing. I did not answer it because I was driving and within the 15 minute cancellation policy. I walked into the office a minute after the call and heard one office lady say she cancelled my appointment because I did not answer the call. Only one person was in the waiting room. I told the lady checking me in that I cannot answer my phone while driving and I know about the 15 minute late cancellation policy. I also said that I was only a few minutes behind. She then asked for my social security number although they had both of my insurances on file. I declined to hand out my personal information to an office that is going to cancel me so quickly. Then the X-ray tech calls me back for the panorama. He walks me back to the area then says, “ It is not ready yet, I need to clean it”. I am not sure if he cleaned it or not because I was then told he will collect chair X-rays first. I asked if it was just the bitewings and he told me I would need 18 X-rays, bitewings, a pano, evaluated by the dentist, and then they can schedule a separate appointment for a cleaning. I find that outrageous for a dental office to do both a pano and 18 X-rays plus bitewings. I expressed that my teeth and gums are healthy and the assistant even told me it looks like they are in good shape. I would have done either the pano and bitewings or the extensive X-rays but never all three. I told them that my insurance is not going to cover all of those X-rays and the assistant said the office will write it off. Ridiculous. The dentist refuses to see me after declining the 18 X-rays even after expressing my concerns to staff members. I was just there for my routine cleaning which is very quick and simple. This office is milking insurance, and I will not be a victim of their cancellation fees or extensive X-rays.

I had a wonderful experience at Stonehaven Dental this week. It was my first visit and all the staff from check in to check out were wonderful! Dr. Wood was honest and knowledgeable, he created a great treatment plan that I am happy with and after years of searching for a honest hometown dental group I finally feel at home! Thank you to everyone at Stonehaven!

Called office to request exam to rule out fracture/ chipped tooth etc. Experiencing 8/10 pain, jaw swelling, significantly high B/P. This week, I had multiple ED (two) and PCM (1) visits. History of TMJ, grinding, and clinching. Details (consults, CT, and labs ordered) from ED visits and PCM verbally shared with dental office. Dental office did not schedule/offer appt for me to be seen. Last dental exam, Jan 2026- no cavities, fractures, issues reported. Dental office offered to submit an OMFS referral. My PCM already renewed it. Nicole McNorton

I have been a patient here for many years. I had serve aniexty with any dental procedures, before I came to Stonehaven. They listened to my concerns and address my issues. Now I look forwarded to my dental appointments no aniexty, no pain. They are professional, kind and concerned with your comfort during and after your procedures. Kudos to HH Stonehaven!!! A Maxwell
