1st time going here an 1st off the location isn't the best an the office isn't the best to kinda small. The staff there seem nice along with the Dr he seemed nice an like he knew what he wa doing. Now they said they were behind so it took over 2 hours to have a tooth pulled an im sure they were moving around a lot but I will say it did smell pretty bad like body odor. Now when all was done I was given a script for med on a printed piece of paper an was not able to get my med due to it being just a regular piece of paper. I had to go all the way back to have em give a new script on the proper paper used to write out scripts for things like narcotics. Now I should of known this because I been prescribe many meds and never had them on a regular piece of paper but I think the doctor himself should of definitely known that also do to people who are trying to just get meds an use fake scripts.

I had a appointment today @1pm, I arrived 15 minutes late due to traffic, the staff took my info and sent me back immediately. I was very nervous being this is the 1st time having oral surgery, the staff made me feel very comfortable, I had general anesthesia, but also I鈥檓 very afraid of needles馃槱, the Dr sprayed a numbing solution I didn鈥檛 realize he already started the IV until he said he have to tape it up. The procedure went well 0 pain, no swelling. I鈥檓 so appreciative of Dr. H. and his staff. Truly amazing 馃憦馃憦馃憦馃憦馃憦

The office is very clean. The atmosphere is soothing considering I am in the dental office; as I walked to the front desk to check in the staff was very professional and happy. Sharing smiles is what every office should have. Great staff made me feel at ease. Dr Thomas Helfst not more then I can say except he was a truly amazing doctor. Made me feel at ease, very friendly, and honestly getting my treatment done I couldn鈥檛 be more happier with the completed work. My teeth look amazing thanks to you. I will be back! Thank you to this amazing staff and office. You are truly amazing. 馃挏

i had 4 wisdom teeth extracted with Dr. Helfst, and truthfully, i would not have wanted to go to anyone else. he was absolutely amazing, calming, reassuring and professional. he knew exactly what he was doing and calmed the nerves i had about oral surgery down in a soothing tone, making me feel comfortable and trusting to be in his care. i had used local anesthesia and laughing gas, and the entire time (only about 40 mins), he told me what i would be feeling, and he consistently asked me if i was feeling okay. Sharice was so amazing as well, she made me feel comfortable and took care of me afterwards with water and making sure i was adjusting well. she explained the instructions and care for afterwords perfectly, and supplied all of the necessities in order to assure good healing. during my follow ups, Dr. Helfst was quick, easy and knew exactly what he was looking for to make sure the incisions were healing properly. he was also available over phone call for questions i had, and just over the phone he was able to pinpoint what i was talking about. overall, i could not rave enough about this oral surgeon. he is absolutely incredible and i am so grateful to have gone to him :)

I don't normally write reviews, but it would be a great injustice to anyone seeking an oral surgeon to not share my experiences. So, today I had three extractions performed while under sedation. My procedure was done at 10am, it is now 5pm. I have had in this time ZERO swelling, and I have endured ZERO pain. Dr. Helfst, and his entire staff are not only the most enjoyable medical professionals I have ever interacted with, they are also the very best. If you need an oral surgeon, Dr. Helfst and his staff are the first, last, and only stop you'll need to make. Period.
