This was my first time here and it was a great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Thank you to Dr. Madrigal who made my experience here great. She was very gentle and friendly when performing my cleaning and exam. Her assistant Jazz was very helpful and nice. Paola explained everything clear and was very helpful. I definitely would recommend family and friends to come to Suave Dental.

My mother paid for several crowns at the beginning of April. Generally, crowns take 3 weeks to arrive from the lab. We are currently at the beginning of the August and Suave Dental still doesn't have them. My mom and I have called endlessly without a resolution. I've asked to speak with Yahaira, the manager, several times and she's always busy. I've left messages to call me back without any luck. I'm starting to think my mother has been scammed!! I've tried to give Suave Dental the benefit of the doubt but, at this point, I don't see any of effort from their part on trying to make this right. I'm writing this review in hopes it saves someone from a headache.

Staff is very friendly. The dentists are great as well and I definitely trust them with my teeth more than other places in the area. However, the past 2 times I’ve had appointments I had to wait 1+ hours just to be seen. I understand it’s a small office but staffing should consider the amount of time between patients and account for that. I can understand 30 minutes, but an hour feels really excessive.

Today was my first visit to Suave Dental here in Los Banos. I must say, this will be my NEW dental office from today forward. Dr Esmeralda Madrigal Ramos was so caring & gentle as she worked on my teeth. Jazz & Kimberly was super as well. All of her other staff personels here are very friendly & knowledgeable as well. Thank you for a worry-free visit. See you all at my next visit.

I have been so well taken care of by Dr. Pablo and Kim! I have a horrible time with visiting the dentist as majority does. But these 2 have made me feel so comfortable and at ease. They are amazing! -Los Banos Location patient
