Very disappointed With my procedure I went in for a Temporary root canal. It was Really hot that day. I guess their air wasn’t working in the back so one of the nurses had to bring Standing fan in to cool The procedure room The nurse and the doctor come in automatically talking about lunch and shopping seem like they were more focused on that than the actual procedure. They begin the procedure They didn’t Numb the area all the way so I felt it when they started to drill so I moved the nurse said not to move like that, but I told her it’s because I felt pain and they proceeded to number the area I started to sweat because the room was so hot. Then I noticed themstarted to sweat because it was so hot in there. At the same time My mouth was filling up with my own saliva, and I was starting to choke on it. The nurse did not do anything about it as a making choking sounds on my own saliva. I swallowed it and the nurse said that’s I need to stop moving because there’s something sharp in my mouth like I didn’t know that and then she proceeded to say that I have anxiety, which is so uncalled for I was literally choking on my own saliva because she was too busy talking to the doctor about shopping and store To actually see that my mouth was filling up with saliva… The doctor finished the procedure Now it’s time for a temporary Cat the doctor told the nurse to do it and I can clearly hear the nurse say I don’t wanna do this laughing coming into the room struggling to put the cap on. She just does it quick and says OK. You can go leave it on for 15 minutes. And your good to go so I head to work leave it on 15 minutes take it off and the cap comes off with it I called down there. They seem like they really didn’t care. They asked me if I can come back in now I told him no I have to go to work and I asked to talk to the manager or have a manager called me. No one’s reached out to me this has been over two weeks. This is one of the worst experiences I ever had at a dental place.

Today was my first visit to Suave Dental and I couldn’t be more happy. There wasn’t a single person who wasn’t friendly and so helpful. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and they were patient answering all my questions. I’m so glad I found a dental practice that made me smile😃
I have had two more visits to Sauve Dental and my opinion hasn’t changed. I have interacted with more technicians and I still feel the same…they are all GREAT. I feel so blessed to have found such a great dental practice. Thanks to all the staff at the Merced Suave Dental office 😃👍

Everyone at Suave Dental was so nice. They got in my appointment just over a week after I called. The staff is kind and friendly and the dentist was so nice. What a difference from the last place I went to. I’m glad I found Suave Dental! Thank you.

I was kind of wondering how may experience would be, I had problems with other offices in town. I felt so comfortable here, the receptionist was friendly. the dental Assistant , Theresa was wonderful, so friendly and kind answered any questions I had, didn't hurry. And Dr Rodriguez , I really liked her, she told me about my teeth didn't say things needed to be done that didn't, I will be going back, I highly recommend Suave Dental In Merced. thank you for such great service.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the care they have taken with my case. I hate going to the dentist but Suave Dental has made me feel better about getting dental work done.
