Wow, so disappointed: called to inquire about becoming a new patient. Person who answered (nearly blew out my ear drum with the LOUD volume - sorry receptionist, but someone has to tell you that people are holding the phone 6 inches away to avoid hearing damage in addition to tooth problems) kicked off with "our appointments are running 6 months out" - thanks for the honesty but you just ran off a customer. Followed by "we don't accept HMO plans." Got it, no worries - plenty of alternatives. If this is intake, imagine customer service if there is an issue. Buh-Bye profit-first, eardrum-blowing, customer-service/training-deficient biz model.
