I have had the best experience with Summit Oral Surgery. As someone who has medical procedure anxiety, Dr. C and staff all worked to ensure I felt comfortable and supported every step of the way regarding treatment. One staff member held my hand to calm my nerves during treatment. All of the staff have been so patient, kind, communicative, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and competent. From day 1 I felt I was in good hands, I was diagnosed and presented multiple step by step options for a treatment plan. The doctor took his time to make sure I was informed, comfortable, and confident in the steps moving forward. I am extremely happy with the care and services that have been provided so far. I absolutely recommend them!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. C and the entire team at Summit Oral Surgery. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely welcomed and at ease. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, they took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Dr. C is absolutely incredible. Not only is the level of skill and expertise on display, but more importantly, I truly felt heard and seen as a patient. My concerns were taken seriously, my questions were answered thoroughly, and I never once felt rushed or dismissed. That kind of care is rare and it means everything. I could not recommend them more.

I had a positive overall experience with Dr. Charugundla and his clinical team. I have significant dental anxiety, and he made me feel very calm, informed, and comfortable throughout the entire process. His assistants and nurses were warm, welcoming, and reassuring, which truly made a difference for me.
The surgery itself went extremely well. I’m currently on day 5 after having all four wisdom teeth removed, and I’ve experienced no pain, no jaw tightness, and my swelling is completely gone. The procedure and recovery have honestly exceeded my expectations.
My only area of concern is post-operative communication. We were told that someone would go over instructions with my driver after surgery, but that did not happen. I also was not verbally walked through my aftercare instructions before leaving and was given discharge paperwork instead. When I got home, I felt anxious about whether I was following everything correctly. After reaching out, I was initially told someone had spoken to my driver, which wasn’t the case. I did appreciate that a nurse later called to follow up.
I was also told I would receive a syringe and a call on day 5 with instructions on how to use it for irrigation, but I did not receive either, so I had to find guidance on my own.
Additionally, while the clinical staff was wonderful, the front desk interaction felt a bit less welcoming than the rest of the experience.
Overall, I am very grateful for the surgical care I received and the kindness of the clinical team. Improving consistency in post-operative communication and front desk demeanor would make the experience even stronger for future patients.

Nobody loves oral surgery but the whole experience with Dr. C and the staff at Summit was great. They made me feel safe and secure not only by the way of they shared information but also by the attention they paid, and by listening when I had questions or concerns - before, during and after the event. Thank you!

Dr. Charugundla followed up hours after the surgery to check on how I was recovering. It was incredibly thoughtful of him to do and I felt cared for throughout the whole process of removing my wisdom teeth. Him and the dental assistants were all great!
