Sun Mountain Dentures and Implants is a great dental practice. I had questions about my implant. Dr. Pinkston answered all my questions and explained my situation clearly. I had no wait time, the front office staff was friendly and helpful and the location of the office is very convenient. I would highly recommend this practice!

As a daughter and caretaker of a fixed income disabled veteran, I was mortified by the customer service we received at this office. They were vague and dismissive with every question I asked, and were noticeably irritated by my asking further questions to understand the process and billing. They said they had submitted the claim to his insurance electronically three times and Delta Dental never received their claim. We were relieved and confused when we discovered that another company could supply the more quality option of dentures that were not an option to him at this office, for a fraction of the price and made in a fraction of the time. This place seems like a cover business looking back, we never saw another patient in the office, and their inability to answer basic questions was appauling. Do not waste your time, money, and sanity in this establishment.
