Adequately numbed, I didn’t feel very much at all. I was terrified in the days leading up to the appointment because of an extremely bad experience but I was very pleasantly surprised!

I went in a couple of weeks ago to get my teeth looked at. They determined they needed a deep cleaning so they need to reach out to my insurance and get back to me. They NEVER did that and when I call, they tell me I have to wait another week+ just to get APPROVAL FROM INSURANCE?? So who knows how long it will actually take for me to get any help. Don’t come here unless you want to be reminding the staff that you exist and need help.

Make an appointment, take time off work to come to appointment. Rude reception lady says appointment is cancelled because didn't confirm? What is the point of calling to make an appointment??? Horrible policy which wastes my time. This place sucks. Go anywhere else.

Kind techs but I had a cleaning recently and the dentist didnt even come in the room. They charged my insurance for xrays the dentist never even looked at. I paid a good chunk of money for a partial denture and when I finally get it in hand they refuse to do any cosmetic changes even though I expressed how unhappy I am with the final product.
