Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Dr. Madson was excellent. Very happy with being a patient at Sundance Dental. Really feel like I am important to them as a person not just a patient.

I walked in and Danni my assistant greeted me with a smile I told her how nervous and how long is been since I've been to the dentist and she did everything in her power to make me feel at home. She was professional and kind and quick to make sure I was ok throughout my whole visit. Dr. Madison was just as professional and very helpful let me know exactly the dental plan I needed and very gentle it's not everyday you look forward to returning to your dentist!! Shout-out Sundance Dental for making your business feel like home!

The dental assistant was very delightful and knew what she was doing! Desiree is one of the best hygienists I have experienced. Both have excellent, professional and customer service skills. Of course, Dr. Bron Shaheen is a wonderful dentist and is very kind and gentle. We will continue to come back to Sundance Dental in Gallup!

I called l for my family to get appts but I have to get scheduled like 6 to 7 month later. Then when the time comes it is during an event bc my children play sports, so I have to cancel. Today they refused me to make an appt bc I cancelled to many times . Regardless they get paid for services by us through private insurance. Ridiculous! Receptionist was not helpful at all.
