The staff is not friendly. You think the staff would be more inviting, & or pleasant. Come back to room & 1 dental assistance didnt say 2 words to me or my daughter. I feel like the staff could be a little nice & speak on whats going on w/ my daughter appointment. But no. This place needs to do better / be better. Staff act like they have a attitude. Sorry u dont like ur job. Itz not my fault..But be more pleasant. Especially when u work in environment where u have to deal w/ people.

I have scheduled my kids appointments multiple times. My kids need teeth cleaned. They have put me off for a year . And low and behold. She says when I go to check in that the doctors are 2 hours behind.i called to cancel!!! I drove 45 minutes just for her to send me a message at 316. It's canceled 馃槥 I am beyond disgusted 馃槫 with how they do children and their way of canceling appointments moments on. I rescheduled their appointments the other day put them back on scheduled just to be done like my kids teeth hygiene not important. I have 5 kids they keep doing this with

This place is beyond pathetic, had my children schedule for their regular dental cleanings an checkups an we was 2 mins early for our appt an when we arrived they informed us that they had canceled my children's appts cause they figured we was a no show. So we rescheduled for the following monday an waited from 345 to 5pm to be seen an didnt get to leave the office til after 6pm. There wasnt many people in the waiting area at all so there was no reason for such long wait time to be seen. We will definitely be finding another dentist for dental care.

We love Sunnybrook! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes the wait is a little too long even if you are on time for your appointment.
