Had an appointment which they cancelled abruptly on the day of with an extremely impersonal voicemail saying that I needed to call THEM to reschedule. Now a competent office would've offered me times to reschedule within that voicemail, but... I was trying to keep my cool. I understand that things can happen. I tried calling in. Left a voice mail, they finally got back to me. The lady on the phone was not at all apologetic and was acting like I was the one causing THEM a problem. (I don't really BLAME the receptionist for having a bad attitude, working for these people can't be a bowl of cherries). But... when I said very reasonably "You know, this hasn't been a great first impression, I'm really thinking of just booking with someone else..." they just immediately hung up on me. Click. No apology. No "We're sorry this happened, but we hope you give us another chance!" type speech to try to reel me back in. A cold hang up. GOOD! If an office cannot even handle the bare minimum of things like SCHEDULING and ANSWERING THE PHONE, then I don't trust these incompetents with my teeth. Horrible experience all around.

I made appointment with Sunrise Dental 馃寘 and went in on my appointment date to decover Doctor Webb has retired and no longer is a Dentist at Sunrise Dental after signing all neccessary documents to get my teeth fixed. The staff seated me in the dentist chair and I am waiting 鉁嬶笍 for Dentist Webb and no show the staff still had not inform me Dr Webb had retired 馃槩. Finally they told Dentist would come into examine my teeth and it was not Dr. Webb. I walked out they could have told me Dr Webb is no longer there. Trickery Trickery Trickery. Please know Dr Webb has retired.

I鈥檝e genuinely looked forward to my cleanings with Claudia these past few years. She鈥檚 amazing! Personable, remembers details about me, gives great local tips, and most importantly, she is so good at her job. The new dentist is lovely too!

Booked an appointment last week. Office sent a text canceling 1/2 hour before appointment time saying that they had over booked. When I called their office to enquire further and let them know that they were still showing 3 other available appointments on line for the same day, the receptionist was rude and dismissive and didn鈥檛 even offer to try to find an alternate date. I lost a days wages from work due to their incompetence and will now be looking for a different provider.
