Three years I gave them 5 stars. After my most recent experience - one star and I won't be going back. I found Dr. Dana's behavior bizarre and unprofessional. Prior to my scheduled appointment, I received a weirdly aggressive phone message from her that seemed to have an almost angry tone to it. It didn't get much better at my appointment, where I was shocked by her horrible chair-side manner. She continued to make me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed about my oral situation, which was later determined to be a reaction to a pre-operative medication I was taking. The entire experience was disturbing and it felt like she was intentionally trying to undermine my upcoming scheduled surgery by not providing a timely dental assessment. I still have no idea why she seemed so obstinate and angry.

I hate the dentist, as you likely do, too. This one's nice and sets you at ease as best they could. Nice surroundings. Play Queen in the waiting room, which is never bad. Very competent practitioners. Doesn't seem to price gouge. What more do you need?

Excellent office. I particularly appreciate Dr. Dana's honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy care. Hygienist Renee and support staff are also great!

The staff, Dentists and office is incredibly professional, clean and welcoming. No pain Dentistry. This is not corporate Dentistry but top notch local dentists that care about you. So proud to have them in Steamboat Springs.
