I have severe dental anxiety and recently found Surprise Dental and Dr. Mashni. What an amazing experience. From the front desk to the dental assistants everyone was so wonderful and put me at ease very quickly. The atmosphere is so friendly and you can tell they are all happy to be there. I would highly recommend Surprise Dental and Denture!

Dr. Melashenko has been our family dentist since 2013. He is a true professional who goes out of his way to provide the best possible treatment and care for his patients. His entire office staff are dedicated to ensuring that our needs are taken care of, they always greet us by name and are sincerely happy at their jobs. A great work environment and it shows. My husband and I are both veterans of over 30 years of military service and we are so grateful that we are able to see such a skilled dentist thru our VA Community Care Program. Thank you to you and your staff! Commander B. USN (RET)

Honestly one of the best dental experiences I've ever had, the only semi enjoyable one ever. I HATE the dentist have a lot of anxiety when I go, I always put it off and the entire staff was nothing but welcoming and comforting the entire time. The office is clean and nice and Dr J was amazing. My treatment plan was prioritized for my budget and willingness as well as discussed throughly. Dr J was honest and kind nothing but great things to say about this place 10/10 recommend. They also have wine you can drink in the waiting room 馃檶 Perfect way to calm my nerves, maybe ill make an afternoon appointment next time so I can partake 馃ぃ

I鈥檝e been going to Surprise Dental & Denture for about 5 years and I have always had a great experience. Megan does an amazing job with my bi-annual cleanings- she walks me through everything step by step, which really puts me at ease. Dr J and Dr Stephanie are both very friendly and make you feel comfortable right away. They have never pushed unnecessary procedures, which I really appreciate and I think it adds to their credibility. The whole team is professional, organized, nice, and trustworthy. It is hard to find a great dentist but I genuinely trust SDD and highly recommend their office! You will be in great hands and love them!

Very warm and inviting. They know you by name and yes they can see it on the appointment schedule but they also remember your family/issues enquire about them. VERY HAPPY TO BE GOING TO SURPRISE DENTAL AND DENTURE. Dr J is great and all the girls. I won鈥檛 name them in case I forget someone. But will continue to go here and recommend my family and friends.

Surprise Dental & Denture is a general and family dental practice in Surprise, Arizona, offering dental implant solutions including All-on-4 and full-arch treatment for patients who need to replace missing teeth. The practice was founded in 2007 and provides a full range of dental services, from preventive care and family dentistry to cosmetic treatments and tooth replacement options, so patients considering implants can also handle other oral health needs in one place.
According to the practice, implant-supported dentistry is placed in the same bone that once supported natural teeth and is described as a long-lasting way to replace missing teeth. New patients are offered a complimentary initial consultation and a treatment plan tailored to their smile, and the office states it accepts major insurance plans and offers monthly payment plan options, which can help patients weigh the practical side of implant treatment alongside the clinical details.
Surprise Dental & Denture was founded by Dr. Jason Melashenko and Dr. Stephanie Mashni, a husband and wife team, in 2007. Dr. Melashenko earned his Bachelor of Science degree from California State San Bernardino and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. Dr. Mashni earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry as well. The website credits both doctors with dedication to improving patients' smiles using advanced dentistry techniques.
