Dr Devi is awesome! I have a whole new smile (upper and lower dentures) thanks to her and her team. I have a severe gag reflex and very tiny mouth and Dr Devi did everything possible to get the job done while making sure I was comfortable and my issues were taken care of. Hands down one of the best dentists I've been to.

Dr. Devi is awesome, as someone that has a severe phobia of dentist and less that great experiences with other dental professionals, I cannot say enough good things about her. Not only is Dr. Devi a great implants specialist, she is caring and compassionate. She went above and beyond to walk me through every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable with everything before we moved to the next step. She really does care about her patients, I not only experienced it first hand but every visit I have had with her and heard interactions with others she is always so kind. I would recommend her to anyone needing implants, even more so if you are like myself and fearful of dental procedures. Her and her staff are phenomenal.

Dr Devi prepared dentures for my wife several years ago. She has had dentures for many years and this without a doubt was the best preparation procedure and dentures she has ever had. We recently went back to see if relining was needed since she has lost weight since then. She showed us how to use a very small amount of dental paste to solve any future issues. Very detailed and professional work.

Dr Devi has performed 2 extractions in my mouth and my experience was excellent. There was no pain during and after the procedures with only limited use in the areas of extraction for a few weeks. The final result was exactly very positive.

Surprise Implants & Prosthodontics, located in Surprise, Arizona, focuses on All-on-4 implant treatment and full-arch tooth replacement. The practice offers guided All-on-4 surgery, same-day temporary teeth, and smile and bite reconstruction using four to six implants per arch. Treatment planning starts with a consultation and 3D imaging to evaluate bone structure before a personalized plan is developed.
For patients who need additional preparation, the practice provides bone grafting to rebuild jaw structure before implants are placed, as well as removable implant-supported denture options for those seeking a more affordable alternative to fixed restorations. Patients leave with a set of temporary teeth the same day as implant placement, then receive custom permanent teeth once healing is complete. The office also offers financing plans and a free initial consultation for patients considering treatment.
Care at this practice is provided by Dr. Devi, DDS, MS, FICOI, a prosthodontist with additional training in dental implant surgery. Dr. Devi earned her DDS from Loma Linda University, completed an implant fellowship at New York University, a prosthodontics residency and master's degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a second master's degree in oral implantology from the California Implant Institute. She is a member of the American College of Prosthodontics and a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and she personally handles treatment from diagnosis and surgical placement through final restoration.
