This office and its entire team are truly exceptional. From the moment you arrive, the front office staff greets you with warmth, professionalism, and extensive knowledge. The doctors provide outstanding care, and the experience is efficient and well-coordinated from start to finish. The anesthetist was exceptionally skilled, ensuring comfort and confidence throughout the procedure.

I had a great experience with the team! I recently had an implant done under anesthesia, and everything went very smoothly. I get very nervous with dental procedures but Dr. Nguyen was very calming and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The front desk ladies are always so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I also really appreciated that the doctor personally called me the next day to follow up and check on how I was doing. Excellent care and customer service — highly recommend!

Dr. Nguyen is highly skilled oral surgeon. He is friendly, explains well the procedure and answers questions to the best of his knowledge. My implant procedure, 4 wisdom teeth extraction and bone grafting - all in one procedure was seamless and painless process from beginning to recovery. His team is excellent with great patient service - all knowledgeable in what they do. Dr. Nguyen's expertise is wonderfully appreciated and so glad he is here in Surprise! I highly recommend him!

I had a fantastic experience with the team at Surprise Oral and Implant Surgery. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was welcoming and efficient. The medical team and doctors are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions, completely putting my mind at ease. The facility is clean and modern, and the care I received was top-notch from start to finish. If you are looking for oral surgery or implants in the West Valley, this is absolutely the place to go!

I’m still going through the process of getting top and bottom implants. My journey started sometime before my first surgery in August of 2025 with the top 6 implants. I just had my bottom implants placed. If I could change anything I would have it all done together. But being how it was I am just very happy to be able to get them done at all. Completely worth it. Love Dr. Nguyen, MARY, Stephanie, Natalie, and many others who have been so supportive and helpful throughout this process. They were so patient with me and let me take as long as I needed to get everything paid for(with in reason of course). So I just got the bottoms done March 31st,2026. Healing is going well and I’m so excited and happy so far. They have been so outstanding! I will be back to write the final review when it’s all finished. Thank you team!
