The office was very good in getting me in for an infected tooth extraction. Having had one before i knew what to expect but was surprised this was an easy pain free procedure when done differently. Minimal amount of bleeding after, clear after care instructions and dentist was very gentle and made it a painless procedure. Followed recovery happy it was a successful experience which I had avoided for too long.

All 4 wisdom teeth taken out and the entire experience was perfect from the consult to the surgery. Everyone was kind and took the time to explain/answer all my questions (especially during the insurance - payment portion). They were able to schedule me quickly, although I had to reschedule twice for personal reasons. The surgery went great, very reassuring and calm experience. I did the IV anesthesia. No pain at all, with the 8hr interval ibuprofen. My lips were numb for 12 hours but it’s good now. I only wish they gave a curved syringes. I’ve been using my own extra gauze, ice bag wraps, saline flushes to remove food from the holes. The after care instructions are somewhat detailed. Googling and researching has helped too. Jessica and Trisha were very friendly and helpful! :) A family member recommended this place and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing wisdom tooth extraction as well!

I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted at Susquehanna Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, welcoming, and extremely organized. Everything moved efficiently without feeling rushed. They explained the entire process clearly and made sure I understood exactly what was going to happen before the procedure started. That level of communication made a huge difference in keeping my nerves under control. The surgical team was exceptional. They walked me through every step leading up to the twilight sedation and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They answered all my questions and checked in with me multiple times to make sure I felt prepared. Their bedside manner was genuinely reassuring, which is incredibly important when you're about to undergo oral surgery. Once the procedure started, everything went incredibly smoothly. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half for the extraction of all four wisdom teeth, which honestly amazed me. The efficiency of the team was impressive, but it never felt rushed or careless. It was clear that everyone there is highly skilled and experienced. When I woke up, the staff took great care of me and made sure I was stable, comfortable, and understood my post-operative instructions before leaving. They were patient, attentive, and made the recovery transition easy. If you need oral surgery, especially wisdom tooth extractions, Susquehanna Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is absolutely the place to go. The professionalism, skill, communication, and efficiency of the entire team made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly smooth and positive. Five stars without hesitation.

I had two wisdom teeth taken out here and the whole experience was outstanding. The team was very kind and understanding, and they scheduled me quickly when I really needed it. They also take Medicaid, which made everything so much easier. The surgery went great—I’m on day 3 now with absolutely no pain at all from day 1.Truly grateful for the quality care I received. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing oral surgery!
