Dr. Young is awesome! I've been seeing Dr. Young for almost 6 years, and she's literally the best dentist I've ever been to by FAR. She is the most warm, caring, and thoughtful medical professional I've ever seen. How she goes the extra mile for her patients is remarkable and something I've never seen before in my experience with dental, vision, or medical care. I've seen many dentists in my life, but I've never encountered a practice where the dentist spends so much time with each patient and knows each patient so well. I never feel rushed. I feel like Dr. Young truly cares about her patients' wellbeing. She also has such a passion for dentistry that is apparent - you can tell she really loves what she does! She also makes sure to explain things clearly to her patients, making sure they are aware of what is going on, both on the dental side of things and regarding insurance. Additionally, the facility is amazing - new, clean, and beautiful! The front office staff are friendly and helpful. I actually look forward to going to the dentist since I started to see Dr. Young. I HIGHLY recommend her!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Cynthia Young at Sustainable Smiles for years, and I can honestly say she is the most caring, knowledgeable, and trustworthy dentist we've ever had. Even after moving out of the area, my wife and I still drive an hour and a half for every appointment because we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our dental care.
Dr. Young and her staff are incredibly compassionate and attentive, always taking the time to ensure you feel comfortable, heard, and well cared for. Her state of the art technology lets you see everything on the monitors as she clearly explains any potential issues, making it easy to understand your dental health. She is gentle, quick, and highly skilled, yet never rushed—always explaining what she’s doing and checking in with you every step of the way. She also creates thoughtful, proactive treatment plans so you’re not caught off guard; you know what may need attention in the future and when.
The office is immaculately clean, and the built in HEPA air filtration system is a huge relief for me as someone who is immunocompromised and high-risk for COVID and allergies. I’ve never felt safer or more at ease in a healthcare setting.
With Dr. Young, visiting the dentist truly feels enjoyable rather than something to fear. Her warm approach, expertise, and genuine care make every appointment a positive experience.

I can honestly say this is the best dental office I have ever experienced. For most of my life, going to the dentist felt embarrassing and stressful, and I often tried to avoid it. Everything changed five years ago when I met Dr. Young. Since then, I have been visiting regularly every three months, and every visit has been a positive and reassuring experience.
Dr. Young is incredibly professional and clearly loves what she does. She has a warm, friendly way of talking with everyone, which immediately puts patients at ease and makes the entire experience comfortable and even enjoyable. She is always encouraging, kind, and extremely thorough, taking exceptional care of not only my teeth but my entire family’s dental health.
Recently, we had a non-threatening emergency on a Sunday. I called the emergency number, and Dr. Young personally answered the phone, calmly talked us through the situation, and scheduled an appointment for 8 a.m. on Monday. That level of dedication and care truly meant so much to us.
The quality of treatment is consistently excellent—precise, thoughtful, and handled with the highest level of professionalism. I trust Dr. Young completely and am so grateful to have found her. I genuinely recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist who combines outstanding skill with warmth and compassion.

This office is 10/10 the office is beautiful top tier. Dr. Young and Dr. Ta and staff are wonderful. More importantly the care and quality of work is outstanding. I have worked as a dental assistant for over 18 years and always for a general dentist but, I work for a specialist now so I needed a general dentist and I picked the BEST! I came in to get a crown on my tooth and I was welcomed by Dr. Young and my procedure was wonderful I didn't feel a thing! She touched my heart, she is such a wonderful woman I wish everyone had this same kind of energy. Thank you Dr. Young for your kindness and great work. I look forward to having a life long relationship with her and her whole office.

Dr. Young and her team are the most caring, dedicated, and thoughtful dental professionals that I have ever met. I have never felt more cared for by a dentist in my life. The folks here take time to get to know their patients and actually care about their long-term dental health. I truly love going to the dentist now, and I have never said that in my life. Dr. Young is truly the best dentist in the area (and probably the state and beyond)! I would highly recommend! 100000/10.
