SWOSA is a place where you go to for serious dental care. From the moment I entered the office I sensed that those in charged were well trained business and professional people, all in synch to provide patients the best service they can offer. Everyone was ready to make my visit a positive experience. Paper work was sent ahead of visit online to avoid wasting time. Important areas like insurance was clear: no Medicare, but financial advice was suggested. The nurse who reviewed my medical history was thorough making sure that what I had submitted on line and the answers I gave her in person were the same. Macy was efficient and pleasant at the same time. Dr. Nielsen was professional; he gave me options on different procedures explaining pros and cons. He was clear and helpful. Once we settled on what to do, the nurse returned and took over the arrangements that needed to be made in coordination with my dentist. My husband had a question regarding the materials used on implants. Macy handled the question very well, showing that she was proficient and knowledgeable --well trained. I walked out of the office with a feeling that I was in very good hands, and upon seeing the bill, I thought it was not excessive . When this is behind me I would like to once more post a final assessment of SWOSA.

Dr. Matthew Mizukawa is the best oral surgeon. He is so caring for his patients. He always makes sure to listen and will go the extra mile to make sure whatever your issue is, he corrects it. I don't think I met a nicer guy, I would highly recommend him. I know I will never go to anyone else. His staff is top notch, they really do care and you can tell. They are all very professional. Best in Cedar City!

I just had 1 extraction & 2 implants done 3 days ago with Dr. Eric Nielsen. The process went very well. Doctor and staff were very skilled, efficient and kind. They provided me with clear verbal and written information and answered my questions honestly which I appreciate.. I have been scheduled for 2 follow ups to check on my progress in the near future. I would highly recommend & I thank SWOSA, Dr Erik Nielson and everybody that took care of me 3 days ago.

Always a great experience in this office. All of my children have had their wisdom teeth removed here. All have had quick and complication free healing. Easy to schedule and be seen by a doctor and very friendly staff.

The Doctor (Dr Erik Nielsen) and his staff were EXCEPTIONAL. Both during and after my procedure. I received the best of care. My recovery has been painless due to both the Doctors work and his knowledge of my situation.
