I had a great experience at this dental clinic and highly recommend it to anyone looking for professional and honest care at a reasonable price.
I came here by referral from another dentist to have my wisdom tooth removed. My previous clinic had already sent over my 3D jaw scan, so I didn’t need to repeat any imaging — which saved both time and money.
During my first visit, the doctor confirmed that my wisdom tooth needed to be removed. They also identified another issue with a different tooth that would require extraction, bone grafting, and an implant later on. Everything was explained clearly and honestly, without any pressure.
At my second visit, I had the wisdom tooth removed. The procedure felt like a real, well-organized surgery — they checked my blood pressure, monitored my heart rate, and kept sensors on my arm and finger throughout. They first applied a numbing gel, then gave an injection, and the extraction itself was quick and very professional. I felt well taken care of the entire time.
After the procedure, stitches were placed, and I was given clear aftercare instructions. Dr. Vladimir was assisted by two wonderful nurses, Svetlana and Diana, who were both very attentive and kind.
About 10 days later, I came back for a follow-up. The doctor checked the healing process and said everything was almost fully healed. The nurse cleaned the area, showed me how to rinse it properly, and even gave me a syringe to use at home.
What really impressed me is that I only paid $500 total for all three visits. For this level of care, professionalism, and attention, I think that’s an excellent price.
The clinic has very modern equipment, a friendly and welcoming staff, and they truly care about their patients. They don’t push unnecessary treatments or extra procedures — everything feels honest and transparent.
Definitely a place I would trust and return to if needed! 👍

Amazing experience overall.
Wonderful staff great job at relaxing nervous patients and very nice.
Were able to slot us in very quickly and made sure recovery time didn’t conflict with our schedule.
Amazing recovery time for wisdom teeth removal, great guides on surgery prep and recovery.

Synergy is the best! They are so incredibly kind and thoughtful. I was nervous walking into my wisdom teeth surgery, but they made sure to take the time to reassure me and the surgery went so smoothly with no complications. Highly recommend!

I had a dental implant placed today, and I couldn't be happier with my experience.
I chose Dr. Vladimir Polyakov because I had heard nothing but wonderful things about him, and he completely lived up to his reputation. From the moment I arrived, Dr. Polyakov and the entire staff were professional, kind, and genuinely caring.
What impressed me the most was how quick and smooth the procedure was. I expected much more discomfort, but the implant placement was painless. Dr. Polyakov skill and expertise made the entire process far easier than I ever imagined.

Highly professional, carrying, friendly, and helpful stuff.
Doctor Polyakov is a high-skilled, knowledgeable doctor, with whom I feel confidential and fearless about recommended procedure and following treatment.
After several unsuccessful procedures in another office, I am lucky and happy to be under Dr. Pilyakov's and his team's care.
