I was very impressed with how nice and professional everyone in the practice was. I was very nervous and a bit scared but they put my mind at ease. Dr. Jack's went over the procedure fully with me and paid quite a bit of attention to my current meds. We came up with a plan on how to handle them and how best to make sure my pain would be controlled. Just all around great experience.

I was referred to Dr Jacks by my dentist to get all my top teeth extracted so I can eventually get dentures. I have really bad dental anxiety and they were amazing. The doctor explained everything at the consultation and I felt confident that he was experienced and had done a hundred of these. The day of the surgery they got me back pretty quickly and gave me something for my anxiety along with something to put me to sleep. The procedure was quick and the nurse walked me out in a wheelchair to my husbands car. I’m day 2 into healing and have had no complications.

Dr. Jacks truly knows what he's doing, he removed a cracked tooth in about 2 minutes. Real smooth and professional procedure, you can just tell the guy is a real expert. Thank you very much also to the wonderful staff for making it so comfortable!

Excellent care received! Dr Jacks was great! Daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed as well as some bone removed and molars relieved. And she had no pan the next day, just swelling. Fantastic work!

I had such a good experience at T. Matthew Jack's office. They took very good care of me, I would definitely recommend going there again or referring friends, family and anyone who will see this post. I was treated with the utmost respect and care the whole time I was there, the staff was polite and caring and even let me keep my teeth, I know "Gross" but I wanted to! I had some very bad teeth and they didn't say anything about them, they were glad to help and reassured me everything I needed to do afterwards and before they made sure I was happy and cared for in the way I want to be in this kind of situation thank you so much T. Matthew Jack and staff!
