The staff were great at Taconic Dental. They were very helpful by getting me in quicker than my previous dental office for a dental issue I was having. From the receptionist to the hygienist and the dentist they were very caring and made me comfortable as a new patient.I’m very appreciative. I Highly recommend them.

I just transferred my care here and am so happy that I did. Dr Betsy was polite and thorough. She addressed a long term issue that other dentists were never able to figure out. Highly recommend this practice and Dr Betsy!

Dr. Betsy and her assistant explained the procedure and were reassuring. The extraction was quick and efficient. This was an emergency situation where staff had to rearrange the schedule to accommodate me.

About Taconic Dental Arts
Taconic Dental Arts is a family and cosmetic dentistry practice located at 147 U.S. Route 4 in Rutland, Vermont. The practice describes its top priority as providing personalized, gentle dental care, with a team of dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and office staff committed to total oral health and wellness. Services listed on the practice's website include oral hygiene and general dentistry, restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, emergency dental care, and oral surgery, along with whitening, crowns, veneers, dentures, and root canals.
For patients with missing teeth, Taconic Dental Arts offers dental implants, which the practice presents as a permanent solution that replaces a tooth from root to crown and can be cared for just like natural teeth. The practice outlines a three-step implant process: an initial consultation with one of its Rutland dentists to evaluate teeth, gums, and jaw and determine whether any supplemental procedures are needed, placement of the implant fixture with a temporary crown followed by three to six months of healing, and a final restoration attached at the Rutland office. The website notes that implant cost varies from patient to patient and that the practice provides post-operative instructions to support healing.
