Upon my first visit staff were pleasant and accommodating. The dentist displayed excellent bedside manner and explained to me the procedure that he’d perform on my next scheduled appointment for surgery as well as reassuring me that the complexity of my surgery was nonexistent. No one likes to go to a dentist but it’s a plus when the staff are so warm, professional, and friendly. I’d highly recommend this office, not to mention it’s located in the breathtaking Grasslands division. The view is absolutely stunning! Five stars! To the staff at Grassland: Please continue to commit yourself to providing the level of service that you all currently display which is nothing short of amazing. It’s highly appreciated! Thank you all!
Edit: On three separate occasions I had appointments to have an extraction of a broken wisdom tooth. Upon my initial work up my blood pressure was high each time. I advised the staff that I do have white coat syndrome. Granted the first visit I had just got rear ended. Nonetheless it wasn’t particularly high. The young lady was kind who took my blood pressure. The second time she took it my blood pressure went down. However The next two visits each time I went before this one staff member my blood pressure was high. Mind you I hadn’t taken my meds yet and still I explained once again about my white coat syndrome. I stated this always happens but staff allows me a moment to relax maybe even turn the lights off or dim them and my bp is always better. Well the staff questioned if I needed to have my bp meds changed…the third appointment same result with her and she later came back and said they would not see me anymore to find someone else. It was a horrible experience. I had to come back and edit my experience after finding a dentistry much farther away from my home BUT so understanding about my situation and willing to accommodate my situation. I would NOT recommend this dentistry at all. A kind word and excellent bedside manners goes a long way! Which was very much lacking with this young lady! Five stars now one star! If I could take all of them away I would however the first staff who took my bp was pleasant!

I had such a pleasant experience with the oral surgeon assistant, Genesis, who was attentive and sweet and listened to me yap. If she didn’t care about the things I had to say I would’ve never known. And the Oral surgeon, Dr. Walcott was extremely straight forward and polite. I appreciate him speaking to me about details of what we have to do next, I look forward to my next appointment for surgery!🙌

Had a great experience at the office . From the consultation up to booking my extraction appointment. Erica and Debbie booked my appointment and explained all my insurance benefits to me so I could understand it better. They even got me in the next day for my surgery appointment ! Debbie was playing great music and the office smelled amazing!!! Heidi did a great job at comforting me ! IV was quick and not as painful as I expected ! All the surgical assistants Lauren, Yeanette and Malishae were so nice and greeted me with a big smile ! Dr. Walcott has great bed side manner . If I ever have to come back (hopefully never) I would definitely come see them !

Dr. Walcott and staff was so nice and personable from the start. I had three decaying teeth removed today under anesthesia. He informed me that he was getting close to retiring. What a shame he seems to enjoy what he does and that's a quality I look for in anyone in charge of handling my care. The staff lets just say they were chefs kiss. Very friendly, well informed, professional. They went over and beyond to make me feel relaxed and comfortable.I will definitely recommend them to friends and family members ASAP. P.s. They accept Medicaid dental plans. This place is a gem you guys.

I can’t recommend this place enough! I was really skeptical about getting my wisdom teeth removed. Upon my visit, everyone was super friendly and welcoming, always making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Walcott spent time with me during my consult giving me his advice on how we should go about my procedure. He definitely knows what he’s doing and you can tell he understands/cares for each patient and the well being of their oral care and safety. Thank you all again for your professionalism and service! ⭐️
