We had an amazing experience bringing our 5 year old daughter here. She had a filling done and was very nervous. Sunny helped us and was AMAZING with our daughter. She recommended a plan of care that worked great to keep Lilah comfortable. She showed us every instrument, talked us all through the process, and explained treatment at a level that our 5 year old understood. This alleviated so much anxiety for all of us. She is 10/10 with providing care to kids am we are super grateful she was there today.

So grateful for Temple Choice Dental for getting me in so quickly! I started feeling jaw pain on the Friday as the winter storm was rolling in. Not having established a dentist yet, I started calling around. I got a call back from Jessica, who was calling patients from home. She listened to my concerns and was able to get me in as soon as their office opened. Treatment was superb. Jessica met me outside with a rug to aid me in getting indoors due to ice still on roads. Office was relaxing. Dr. Talal was great. 10/10!

I love the staffs there and this one special dentist there, because she would pull down her mask and made sure I was able to understand what was going on. And also the front desk staffs are wonderful too. If I didn't hear them...they would wave at me or come and get me to get my attention. I also would recommend them to anyone who is in need. You will love them just like I love them.

Beware: Major Over-Treatment and Zero Transparency I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience here was concerning enough that people need to be aware. My appointment took two full hours just for X-rays and a basic cleaning—an appointment that should reasonably take under an hour. The office itself is outdated, and the equipment looks worn and poorly maintained. The only positive part of the visit was Shelby at the front desk, who was genuinely kind and professional. She is, quite honestly, the only person who seemed to have the office functioning. Without her, the experience would have been even worse. When Dr. Sharma entered the room, she didn’t introduce herself, so I wasn’t even sure she was the dentist. After a brief look, she told me I needed seven fillings!!! This was immediately suspicious because 8 months ago at a different dental office, I had zero cavities. I asked her repeatedly how many cavities I supposedly had. She refused to answer directly every time. Instead, she deflected to her assistant, who then showed me a digital model—not my actual X-rays, not my actual teeth. They never reviewed the X-rays with me and provided no explanation about the size, severity, or location of any of these alleged cavities. My attempts to get even basic information were brushed off. I have three brothers who are dentists out of state, so I sent them the treatment plan and X-rays. Their professional assessment was unequivocal: I have ONE real cavity. A couple of tiny early spots were visible but nowhere near requiring drilling and can often re-mineralize. None of them saw anything remotely close to seven cavities. They said diagnosing seven in this situation is blatant over-treatment. Based on what I experienced, this office is not transparent, not thorough, and appears to be aggressively over-diagnosing to maximize profit. I left feeling misled and taken advantage of. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before letting this office treat anything. Aside from Shelby, who was excellent, this is the least trustworthy dental experience I’ve ever had.

They were super nice and patient, took their time cleaning my teeth, it didn’t hurt or anything. I usually hate the dentist and have had horrible appointments with past clinics, but I am actually looking forward to coming back!! 10/10 recommend coming here!!!
