I’ve known Dr Slater for many years. I have worked with him on a few construction projects and I knew right away what a fine person he was but it was only recently that we needed his services for some oral surgery for my wife. The process was so easy and she was surprised how his staff was so helpful in taking care of her before and after the surgery. Imagine her surprise when she received a follow up call the next day to see how she was after her surgery. This business is at the top of their game in customer service right from the start and all the way through the process. Thank you Dr Slater and the great team you have assembled for taking such good care of my wife. I have already recommended your business to 2 close friends for their dental needs.

My daughter had to have 2 teeth pulled today and we have had a previous really bad experience with her being put under. So we went in very anxious already. They were very understanding. They took care of her and although I wasn't thrilled that I couldn't stay with her, I do understand why and they had so many people in the room with her that I would have been in the way.
It only took a few minutes for them to be done. And the Dr came out and talked to me himself which I greatly appreciated. I have no complaints at all with the whole process.
The ladies doing the scheduling worked with us because we are an hour away. They were super kind and patient. The nurses and the Dr were all Amazing.
I hope we don't need these services again but if we do I will definitely go to Tennessee Valley Oral Surgery and will recommend to any of my friends.

I’ve now had two experiences with Tennessee Valley Oral Surgery, and both were excellent. It is rare to find a medical office that is not only skilled and efficient, but also truly kind, and that was absolutely my experience here.
Dr. Otto Slater and his team were professional, attentive, and reassuring, and I especially want to thank Bailey. She was exceptional, patient, compassionate, and genuinely caring. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and supported, and that meant a great deal to me.
I would absolutely recommend Tennessee Valley Oral Surgery.

My 16 yr old son needed his 3rd molars extracted. From the consultation to the surgery day I was very pleased. Being in the dental field myself for over 20 yrs I was very impressed with how kind the staff was, how precise on time and care was given. Dr. Hasstedt was great, he took great care of my son and called to check on him that evening. Thankful for the service that TN Valley Oral
surgery gave.

Bailey took so good care of him and gave me great aftercare advice. If you are searching for an Oral Surgeon please stop here! Never have I seen a surgeon with such amazing bedside manner. About Tennessee Valley Oral Surgery PLLC
Tennessee Valley Oral Surgery has served the Maryville, Knoxville, Lenoir City, and Seymour, Tennessee area since March of 2020, with its original office located at 205 Southdowne Drive in Maryville. The practice is a dedicated oral and maxillofacial surgery office, offering dental implants along with wisdom teeth removal, bone grafting, tooth extractions, sinus lifts, and alveoloplasty. For patients missing one or more teeth, the practice offers implant options including single tooth replacement and full-arch treatment such as All-on-4.
At the Maryville office, patients are cared for by a team of oral surgeons who explain the implant process in simple terms, from creating a channel in the jawbone to placing the implant and later adding the crown. The practice notes that dental implants have a high success rate and works with patients individually to discuss factors, such as bone density or health conditions, that could affect treatment. The team also verifies insurance coverage and reviews payment options during the consultation so patients understand their choices before moving forward with care.
