I had such a positive experience today (I’m a new patient). I was feeling pretty nervous going in, but the team was incredibly kind and attentive from the start. They took the time to explain every step of the process as it was happening, which really helped ease my anxiety.
I especially appreciated how patient they were—they checked in on me regularly to make sure I was ok, took breaks when I needed them, and did everything they could to make me more comfortable. At the same time, they worked efficiently, which I also really appreciate.
It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients’ comfort and experience. I’m so grateful I found this office and would highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you tend to feel anxious about dental visits.

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable people. My teeth are always so clean when I leave. Alina the hygienist was amazing and so kind such a great energy she has. Will definitely keep coming here for my cleanings

This is the first dental practice I've tried in Frederick County that I actually love and trust. My husband started going here too. They don't push anything that is unnecessary (thank goodness - I've had thousands of dollars of work done in my mouth over the years and at this point I am very cautious).

New to this practice and they were wonderful, the dental hygienist took her time to explain everything and all the processes I was going to have. She did an amazing job and I like Dr. Pauline, she’s very sweet.
