Dr. Duraini and Sara did a phenomenal job on my tooth extraction, bone graft, and lesion removal today. I was extremely nervous about being sedated and both of them made me feel at ease with the whole process. They were very compassionate with their care and patient with me. I also received a follow up call today before they left the office to check in on me and see if had any questions or concerns. The front staff is also very friendly and courteous. Dr. Duraini is the only one I trust for extractions and other dental surgeries. I’m looking forward to getting my implants under his care. Thank you Dr. Duraini, Sara, and Team, y’all are the best.

Dr. Duraini took out both my lower wisdom teeth and despite being 43 years old I had a great experience. Everyone in his office was very kind and friendly and the surgical experience and recovery were incredibly smooth! Would definitely recommend him to anyone especially those that are nervous about the procedure!

The entire team at TMS is awesome! My initial consultation was really thorough and Dr. Duraini explained everything about my upcoming procedure. The office team did a GREAT job of helping my maximize and understand my insurance benefits in order to keep my out of pocket cost at a reasonable level. I was given a handout that clearly explained the pre-op prep and helped me know what to expect. On the day of the procedure, the entire staff was caring and helpful from the time I arrived to the end when they helped me to my car post-op. My discomfort was minimized and Dr. Duraini and team gave me clear post-procedure instructions, too. I cannot recommend Dr. D and the entire staff highly enough if you have oral/maxillofacial surgery needs. They are the best around.

I was very pleased with my treatment. The office staff was friendly and efficient, Amy was welcoming and knowledgeable and Dr. D was very good at the extraction. Amy helped me to the car and I received a phone call a few hours later before the office closed for Thanksgiving. They wanted to make sure I was doing well which I was. A very positive experience.

The Dr and staff here exceeded all of my expectations. I was met with kindness throughout my whole experience from checking in to having a tooth extracted to leaving. I had extreme pain and they really made me feel at ease. I give them a 5 Star rating and highly recommend them!
