My first visit with Dr Bates was great. He was VERY thorough and left me feeling hopeful for my TMJ pain. All of the staff were very nice as well. I’ll continue my treatment plan with the office with much confidence!

I had my wisdom teeth removed recently, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. The entire team was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. They took the time to clearly explain how the procedure would work, which really helped ease any nerves I had going in. Everything went smoothly, and I felt well taken care of throughout the process. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. I also appreciated how thorough they were with aftercare instructions, making recovery much easier than I expected. Overall, a great experience, I’m very grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend this team to anyone needing similar treatment.

Dr. Bates was excellent. He really took the time to explain my issues thoroughly. He didn't just give me the hurried, watered down version. He started with the scientific explanation, then went back through everything in layman's terms, making sure I was following. He also gave me plenty of time to ask my own questions. There aren't many doctors around anymore who provide this level of service. And he clearly knows his stuff, too. He quickly and confidentiality diagnosed my problem, explaining his rationale along the way. Five stars is well-deserved here!

Dr. Bates did an amazing job it was process but the staff was amazing and helpful especially dealing with approval from insurance. Superseded expectations feel like a new person with an amazing smile.
