Dr. Choi and her team were all gracious, kind, .and helpful when I went in to have two teeth extracted. They seemed to care about making sure I was comfortable and afterwards made certain I was provided with instructions for follow up care. Because I have a hearing problem, they had my son come back so he could hear the instructions for me. Tooth extraction is definitely not fun, but Dr. Choi and her team made it less uncomfortable. I recommend them highly, and I give them my gratitude for their warmth and caring for their patients.
I had an unbelievable experience at Texas Oral Surgery Group, and I cannot say enough great things about Dr. McCartney and his staff. After enduring severe pain for the past six months and experiencing a breakdown in communication with a previous dentist, I found this office through a quick Google search. It turned out to be the best decision I could have made. From start to finish, the entire process took about an hour. I checked in, had my X-rays taken, spoke with an amazing nurse, and then met Dr. McCartney. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and confident. Most importantly, he was able to eliminate pain I had been dealing with for months within that single visit. I am writing this review on day five of recovery, and the healing has been phenomenal. Dr. McCartney took the time to stitch the incision so securely, and it truly shows in how well I am healing. His skill and attention to detail made all the difference. While I highly recommend Texas Oral Surgery Group as a whole, I especially recommend Dr. McCartney and his staff. Their level of care, precision, and professionalism exceeded my expectations.
I had tooth ache pains starting on a Tuesday and I figured it’s because my bottom wisdom tooth were finally starting to move. I felt continuous pain until I went to the dentist on a Friday and the recommended me to Texas Oral Surgery Group. I filled out the paperwork, talked about insurance and any information needed and next thing I knew they were able to extract both my bottom wisdom teeth the same day. It took one hour to wait, then another 30 minute to prep, then I was under for 30 minutes plus 15 minutes recovery to wake up. Everything was fantastic and they were very accommodating to my needs and made me very comfortable. Thank you so much for everything Dr. Choi and the ladies who sit up front and the two assistants who helped. (I liked the blonde lady with glasses).
Texas Oral Surgery Group is amazing! I was treated with respect, dignity! Dr. Choi as well as assistant were compassionate with concerns about my comfort during procedure. Both took time with me while advising me about what was happening. My time there was exceptional! I was advised on what might happen after returning home and nothing appeared on face, no bruises, no swelling…. Nothing! The Front End Staff very helpful for they phoned my friend to pick me up since I left my phone with her when I went to have procedure done. I appreciated that they did that for me and I didn’t have to ask, for they volunteered to do this. I highly recommend this establishment for any oral surgery!!!! Very nice! Very clean! Thanks to this wonderful group of people who honestly care about the one's who walk into their circle of care.
I've seen Dr. Choi for two procedures. I couldn't ask for anyone better. Not only is she amazing at what she's does, she is kind, gentle and compassionate. She immediately puts me at ease. The entire staff is great. The lobby is comfortable and inviting. The wait is never long. They get you back to a room right away. I highly recommend Dr. Choi and the entire practice.
