1st visit today was excellent. Everyone was so very friendly & professional. It was a bit chilly in the exam room but I got a blanket and a coke. Spotlessly clean. Seen quickly. I have no complaints! They couldn't do my procedure but got a referral to someone who can. I wish they could have done it. Think anyone would can trust this place.

Everybody was real personable very nice. My teeth are horrible so I went in there kind of with my head down high and they definitely made me feel better. Namely the receptionist that greeted me when I first came in. It was awesome. Talk to me like you’ve known me forever which weirdly made me feel better. And then the lady that did my x-rays and my consultation was super cool as well. They come across like Friendswood. I don’t know how to explain it very cool. I appreciate it. Thank you.

It’s very rare to run into a staff this incredible. For starters, the woman at the front desk is always very kind and welcoming! From there, every hygienist, dental assistant, and administrative employee is doing a GREAT job! Dr. Patel has been an awesome dentist to work with as he’s just very thorough, patient, and understanding of anxiety. I feel heard, informed, and reassured here. These people will take great care of you, worth every penny!

The consultation was a joke no wonder it was free as it only lasted about 10 minutes…IF THAT. I went to Dr Kendall seeing that he was a expert in all facets of dentistry looking to him to give me options to get my teeth fixed. I knew a couple of my teeth were bad but the rests of my teeth were good. The only option that he gave me was the ALL ON X IMPLANT which I DID NOT WANT. I figured that procedure would be the last resort for me if anything but according to him that was my ONLY option. Of course as that was probably my most expensive option and what better to offer the most expensive option as the ONLY option. Seeing that he was the expert I thought maybe my teeth were worse than I orginally thought and that was truly my only option. Also in my consult he stated to me that I was getting the ‘DIAMOND LEVEL of treatment which I had no clue what that was until after I went home and researched. That was the most EXPENSIVE level of treatment that they offer and it is wrong to assume that eveyone could afford that level and to try an push that on them in the very first consultation which to me should have been a red flag and to RUN. Lastly even though I knew something about the ALL IN X procedure there is a lot of things I did not know which I believe should have been explained to me upfront. Yes it is my duty to ask questions but at the same time it is the denstist reposibilty to explain the precedure as I don’t think it is fair to assume that we know everything from A-Z about the procedure. Long story short I ended up getting the ALL IN X which cost me over fifty thousand….this was not only the biggest mistake of my life but the biggest regret. Now I am now stuck with these god awfull teeth for the rest of my life which are very uncomfortable and make me look VERY awkward as the teeth don’t fit my mouth making me look and feel very self conscous now. So……. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do your homework before coming here as I cleary did not do ….and I deeply regret.

Amazing place! When you're at the waiting room it gives you a feeling that you are not at the dentist but as your own living place inside your home. Not only it's beautiful very well neatly arranged everything the chairs etc also the the restrooms are extremely clean. The customer service is top notch as you walk in you are greeted into this beautiful reception and does receptionist is very kind and willing to help you and answer your questions. Before you go in they really make you feel welcome and give you the treatment you really deserve. I wish all the dentist where like this one I was truly impressed, and they also have treats and soda and juice drinks, now that's what I call top notch state of the art whatever you want to call it this place is really amazing. They did a great job fixing my friends tooth so I am super impressed. I highly recommend it.
