Dr. Landeau and the entire team at The Art of Dentistry completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the office felt luxurious, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Every detail — from the atmosphere to the level of care — made me feel comfortable and genuinely valued as a patient.
Dr. Landeau is not only highly skilled, but also incredibly attentive, compassionate, and detail-oriented. He took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explain all of my options thoroughly, and make me feel confident about improving my smile after years of insecurity. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the health and aesthetics of his patients’ teeth, and his passion for dentistry shows in everything he does.
The office itself is beautiful, modern, and spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make the experience feel stress-free and personalized. It’s rare to find a dental practice that combines advanced expertise with such warmth and kindness.
I’m especially looking forward to having Dr. Landeau complete my dental implants and seeing the final outcome. After speaking with him, I truly feel confident that my smile will finally look natural, beautiful, and life-changing. It’s clear that his work is driven by precision, artistry, and a genuine commitment to excellence.
If you are looking for high-end cosmetic or restorative dental care in San Diego and want a dentist who truly values perfection, artistry, and patient comfort, I cannot recommend Dr. Landeau and The Art of Dentistry enough. Absolutely top-tier experience.

Dr. Hoffman has been my dentist for over 10 years. He is by far the kindest and most caring dentist I’ve ever been to. He’s incredibly patient and really listens to my needs. He really takes his time to talk to me. Most importantly, he has changed going to the dentist from being an anxious event to me being completely relaxed. He really loves his work and it shows.

Dr. Hoffman and staff have been fantastic in not only their knowledge of dentistry but the care that is provided when I have seen them. I have been a patient for years and every time there is a warmth of someone who cares about your situation and takes time to understand not just the root of the issue but how to solve it. Highly Recommend!

About The Art of Dentistry
The Art of Dentistry is a general and cosmetic dental practice located on Fifth Avenue in San Diego's Hillcrest neighborhood, offering implant dentistry alongside restorative and cosmetic care. The practice describes its focus on collaborative, specialized treatment, and its services include options for patients who need a full arch of teeth replaced, such as All-on-4 style implant solutions. Patients considering dental implants can expect the practice to walk through treatment planning as part of a broader restorative and reconstructive approach to dentistry.
The office is easy to reach for patients throughout central San Diego, including Hillcrest, Mission Hills, and North Park, and is set up to handle both general dental needs and more involved implant and full arch cases in one location. Beyond implants, the team also provides general dentistry services like hygiene visits and restorations, along with cosmetic treatments, so patients can maintain oral health before and after implant treatment. Anyone exploring dental implants here should ask directly about which doctor will oversee their case and what specific implant systems or techniques will be used for their treatment plan.
