I had a cleaning done by a wonderful hygienist, Jessica. She was very thorough and listened to all my concerns and she was so gentle during the cleaning. Dr. Diamse and her stud side-kick assistant Marc, were also great while providing my exam, and again listened to and addressed all my concerns. The whole staff is welcoming and treated me like I was an old friend visiting again. I鈥檓 looking forward to my next visit 馃馃徎鉂わ笍

My family and I recently switched to Crown Dental Arts after being disappointed with service at other dental offices. I found the staff to be extremely courteous and professional. From to point of setting an appointment, to being greeted when we came in to the office, all the way through to when we were finished, the quality of service was excellent. Our experience has been 100% positive and we will continue to utilize Crown Dental Arts for all of our family dentistry needs. Great job, to everyone there!

Incredible experience here! I came in for a cleaning and a consultation for some dental work I鈥檒l need in the future. The staff were so kind and attentive. The dental hygienist was gentle and positive throughout the entire appointment.
What really sold me was Alexa. I called several dental offices beforehand, and she was the only one who answered all of my questions clearly and in detail. She understood every part of the process I needed and quickly provided general pricing information.
Lastly- the dentist was amazing, and from what I鈥檝e seen, this wonderful team truly loves working with her. Thank you all, I look forward to seeing you more often!

I came to this office for a retainer after being referred by another dentist. My wisdom teeth had caused a small shift and slight crossing of my front teeth, and I was told that a retainer could help move them back slightly. I was not looking for braces or major orthodontic treatment, just minor correction.
At the appointment, my teeth were scanned with very little explanation. I was initially told the retainer would cost $150, then informed after the scan that it would be $350 for the top retainer. I agreed because I believed this retainer would help correct the issue I came in for, as I have had retainers in the past that were shaped to guide teeth back into place without major orthodontic treatment.
When I received the retainer, it became clear that it is molded exactly to my current tooth position, so not even a slight correction. This was never explained to me beforehand. A dentist was present for only a few minutes, and no one clarified that this type of retainer would not accomplish what I was told it could.
On top of that, the quality is very poor. The case broke within hours of opening it, and the retainer material is so soft that it easily changes shape when bitten into. This is unacceptable given the price.
I feel this product should never have been sold to me without a clear explanation that it would not address my concern. I relied on professional guidance, and instead I鈥檓 left with a $350 retainer that does nothing to fix the problem.

I have always found Crown Dental Arts to be a very welcoming place. I am always greeted with a smile! All of the equipment is state of the art and professional integrity is standard. How many dental clinics can you say that about? This last time I was treated by Dr. Cierra Diamse. She was wonderful!!!! We went over my CBT scan and she ordered additional X-rays for problem spots and was so concise. She was also extremely gentle and cautious. I am so impressed! I have implants and she knows everything there is to know about procedures. I can highly recommend her for your needs and indeed the techs and reception are top of the line too! So very nice and informed. You feel safe there. I give them 10+.
