From the very first phone call, the customer service was outstanding! The entire team was friendly, professional, and made my mom feel comfortable every step of the way. They did an excellent job with her crown and seamlessly completed a dental implant that had been started in Florida. The quality of care was exceptional, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding dental care!

Who knew going to the dentist could be such a pleasant experience? From my first calls with Pabla, to my interactions with staff members Chantrelle (sp?) and Molly, to my treatment by Christina Shiltz, all were friendly, upbeat, patient, and helpful. Rarely in a service setting have I experienced staff who were so “on it” and so dedicated to addressing my challenges. Their work was truly top notch in every respect, and my smile couldn’t be happier : ) I highly recommend this team.

Had extensive work done, two front bridges put in. Had a few extractions. Dr. Schlitz did an excellent job, no pain. My new teeth look great! I was definitely apprehensive about all the work that needed to be done. Would definitely recommend to my fellow Veterans and civilians.

I visited this dental clinic for a routine check-up and was impressed by the level of care I received. The staff were courteous and efficient, making the whole process quick and comfortable. The dentist was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions without rushing. I especially liked how they focused on preventive care and gave useful tips to avoid future problems. The clinic environment was calm and hygienic, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for dependable dental services.

The staff are very good-natured and accommodating. I have never had to wait as appointment. Dr. Brooks is very caring and skilled. She never seems rushed and always takes time to explain procedures and answers all of my questions thoroughly. Going to the dentist or periodontist is not high on my list of favorite things to do, but the folks at The Dental Center of Hanover make it as pleasant as possible - they often even let patients select the genre of music that's played while they're in the chair.
