It was hard for me to find “before” photos of my teeth because I was SO self-conscious of them that I rarely smiled for a camera. If you zoom in, you can see that my teeth were really well-worn, like “baby teeth” as some of my friends would say.
After years of not feeling comfortable smiling, I finally started the conversation with The Dental Center of Manchester - inquired about their process, the cost, and what to expect if I went forward with restoring my teeth.
Dr. Schiltz spent 1.5 hours with me at our first appointment (which was a free consultation). I had A LOT of questions and concerns - she addressed every last one, spoke in detail and depth, and never rushed me. She was honest about what my restoration process would look like and provided me with a clear timeline and ballpark overall cost.
I was nervous. Teeth are an investment, and what if I didn’t like the outcome? It took me a year after our initial appointment to take the leap of faith and trust them to give me a smile that made me want to smile.
Honestly, I wish I had done it sooner. Christina and her team are real pros, true perfectionists, incredibly skilled at their craft.
Once I committed to the restoration, the process took 3 months from start to finish - no time at all! The temporaries they put on while the permanent teeth were being made looked and felt just like real teeth.
Now I smile without thinking. My teeth self-consciousness has disappeared and I’m more than happy to take photos instead of avoiding them at all costs.
The team at The Dental Center of Manchester are laid back and real with you, they make sure you know what’s happening every step of the way, and they went above and beyond providing me with the absolute best care I could have hoped for.
I’ve had bad experiences with dentists in the past, but I’m proud to have worked with this dental team.
If you’re worried or nervous or aren’t sure if you can trust them, take my advice: just go for it. They are the BEST!
Thanks Christina, Stefani and Bella for giving me my confidence back. You rock!

When my 101-year-old father needed extractions, implants and dentures we were referred to Dental Care of Manchester. He was provided excellent care that was sensitive to his advanced age. This included energetic yet patient and friendly individualized attention to his needs. He now has a new smile and will be able to comfortably eat healthy foods again. It's never too late to address your dental issues and elderly patients should feel comfortable seeking help here.

The VA approved me to see Dr Schilts for my dental care. I’ve been to both locations in Manchester and in Hanover. My experience was more than positive. They put in a crown for my cracked tooth and I’ve since had a few cleanings. I’m completely grateful for their attention to detail for my oral care. The office is welcoming and they consider what is in the best interest of the patient.

I am currently a veteran who uses community care through the VA for my dental work. The VA provides a gigantic list of dentists; it can be tough to pick one, and also to find one that you trust to do good work. After hopping around a bit, I found the Dental Center of Manchester. I've had multiple procedures done, including a filling and a bone graft for an implant. Needless to say, the doctors here are at the top of their game and do amazing work. I also usually have an extreme amount of dental anxiety, but knowing how professional these dentists are makes me feel at ease and comfortable. I cannot recommend them enough, especially for veterans using community care.

About The Dental Center of Manchester
The Dental Center of Manchester, located at 765 South Main Street in Manchester, New Hampshire, offers dental implant solutions for patients dealing with missing teeth. Their services include single tooth implants, implant bridges, and full-arch restoration options like All-on-4, which uses four implants per arch to support a fixed, full smile. The practice describes implants as a way to restore not just appearance but also bite function and speech, with implant-supported teeth designed to look, feel, and function like natural teeth.
For patients considering treatment, the practice explains that implant placement is generally less uncomfortable than a tooth extraction, with some soreness or swelling expected for about 48 hours afterward. They note that dental implants have a reported success rate of 90 to 95 percent after 10 years, and that with proper home care and regular follow-up visits, implants can last a lifetime. The practice encourages patients to schedule a consultation to review treatment options, planning, and costs before moving forward with care.
