I really like my experience at the Dentist Group! It was challenging at first to get seen because of my insurance being out of network, but once they got me into the system, it’s been smooth sailing. They are fast, efficient, communicative and explain everything they’re doing. Very clean and modern facilities. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. I’ve seen Dr Helen for my last two visits, and she’s great. She’s really friendly and took so much time to explain my images, x-rays, and procedures. She’s very empathic and has a wonderful patient-side manor, as does her support team! Definitely recommend!

Excellent place! Everyone was welcoming and informative. Alex was super personable and made the X-rays feel quick and easy. Dr. Berd was professional, respectful, and detailed oriented—he communicated the state of my gum health in a way that actually made sense. The cleaning was thorough and comfortable, it definitely felt like high-quality care! The office is diverse and has a positive, upbeat vibe, which says a lot about how it’s run. It’s also very clean and modern, with top-tier equipment. The front desk went the extra mile to break down my insurance and costs transparently. The location is convenient and the communication is great (love the helpful text notifications). Bonus points for the hypoallergenic emotional support labradoodle! The true MVP. 🐕‍🦺🐾🦷 Really happy I found this office upon moving back to the city—looking forward to coming back for ongoing care!

I’ve been going to The Dentist Group for about nine years, and they’ve honestly helped me completely turn my oral hygiene around. When I first started, my habits weren’t great, but their guidance and consistency made a big difference. One of the things I appreciate most is how genuinely kind and welcoming the staff is. They take the time to explain procedures clearly, answer questions thoroughly, and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. The entire team reflects that same level of care and professionalism. Their offices are also conveniently located around the city and have a clean, modern vibe with up-to-date equipment. Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Berd is a calm and thorough dentist. He explained the process of a new crown to me. He & his staff did an excellent job with the entire procedure. Their modern, airy office is welcoming in every way, and even Chip, the Bernese Mountain Dog / Poodle mix “office dog,” welcomes patients with a waggly tail! They even offer the option for watching streaming services during the downtime while the crown is being manufactured onsite. A 5-star experience!

2 Stars (would be 5 without the cancellation fee policy) The service itself has been great, but I was disappointed by the cancellation fee policy. I booked a Tuesday cleaning and emailed on Monday as soon as I realized I had a scheduling conflict. They explained there is a $95 fee for cancellations within 48 hours, and a $325–$588 fee if canceled within 2 hours of the appointment. I understood the policy and tried to rearrange my schedule. I emailed again early the next morning before business hours, and there was very little business-hour time between my original message and the follow-up. I was told the appointment slot had already been filled by another patient, which is fair. However, I was still required to pay the $95 cancellation fee, which felt unreasonable given that the slot was successfully rebooked. I understand that last-minute changes are inconvenient, but some flexibility when the appointment is filled would have felt more appropriate. Now I’m left choosing between paying $95 or finding another provider. I asked if I could briefly speak with one of the doctors to confirm that this is how they want cancellations handled, but that request was declined. Overall, the care has been good, but this policy—and how it was handled—left a sour note.
