Every time I go in there the staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. I love my hygienist Ember Henning. She was is always kind, easy to talk to, and made makes me feel comfortable from the moment I sit down. She always does a great job cleaning my teeth and was gentle throughout the appointment. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. She was friendly, professional, and truly seemed to care about her patients. Going to the dentist can sometimes be stressful, but she made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I really appreciate the great care she always provides and will miss her once we transfer to Japan.

I absolutely love this dentist. Dr. Johnson was really great and explained everything very well to me. The nurse (cant remember her name) that took all of my xrays, she was really friendly and a total sweetheart. The ladies at the from desk were just as friendly. Love this office, you have a customer forever.

Dr Calderwood was so gentle and understanding of my past bad dental experience. He is also skilled in giving shots that don't hurt at all!!! His technique and compassion made my experience as pleasant as he could! He did an extraction that was as pain free and quick as possible. I would highly recommend him.

I was driving to fallon from fresno,ca, to see my childhood best friend who is recovering from major heart surgery. A long drive of 350 miles, minding my own business chewing on a box of milk-duds on a beautiful day when suddenly i felt something hard in the half chewed wad of milkduds and stopped quickly to find out a crown on one of my molars had come unattached and was trying to make its way into my belly. Thankfully i was able to thwart its intended course and pulled it from my mouth and looked at this crown and promised him i would never do that to him again. Goodbye forever my favorite candy from my youth. I will miss you. But now, having just passed through Dayton i was wondering if i could call a dentist in fallon and beg them to take me in to superglue the crown back where it belonged. The very first office i called was this dentist’s office and pled my case to a most personable front desk lady who didnt blow me off, didnt dismiss me this close to her weekend, but instead , took the football and ran it up the chain to see if there was a Yes in the house. We all know the No’s are usually the answer in situations like this but her perseverance won the day and for me, a possible remedy to my new malady. Not one of their patients, they took me in anyways late on a friday afternoon and worked me through their triage with the expediancy of veterans. Each and every staff member treated me with smiles and respect and handed me off to an impossibly young dentist with the bedside manner that would make most doctors jealous. As personable as they come, it was easy to sea how his leadership sets this great positive tone throughout the office. I feel so blessed to have found The Dentists’ Office at a great time of need. They made it seem like this sort of thing happens regularly to them and instead of the easy to say No, they find a way to say Yes, we will fit you in because thats what humans do when they see a fellow human in need. 5 out of 5 is too modest a score for what will be for me, a memory not to be forgotten because strangers stepped up for another stranger. Thats what its all about in the end. Thank u TDO for everything!

The Dennis the (dentist) Assistance were great. The dentist explained a lot the reception not good at all. I told her My daughter has an appointment. She didn’t even look. She said no at the other (dentist) sent me somewhere that she knew it was closed. I went back extra her. Did she check this time? She put the name in and all of a sudden the name popped up kinda made me feel uncomfortable.
