Nancy at the front desk is very unprofessional and rude. She gets very snarky when you ask questions about insurance procedures. After my negative experience with Nancy, I am going to a different clinic for my procedure. I recommend Valley Oral & Facial Surgery over this clinic. They have been much friendlier, helpful, and more knowledgeable on insurance procedures.

I would definitely refer friends and family to go here for any dental work! Dr Noffze did a wonderful job explaining the process of my tooth extraction. Pat the recovery nurse went above and beyond! She was compassionate and caring and explained the post op information so well! Only thing I didn't care for was Fox news blaring in the lobby. Ack!

Had my two top wisdom teeth removed a week ago and it was such a pain free process. The staff is so reassuring and knowledgeable, they are true pros. They made my first experience with anesthesia very pleasant and I highly recommend their services.

I had an implant placed by Doctor Noffze due to an old baseball injury. I actually traveled from Indiana to have him do my work because he is so well known and one of the few oral surgeons that places temporary teeth immediately after an implant is placed. From the very beginning, he was very thorough about all the steps and needs for the implant. He even walked me through how the implant works and why I was able to get a temporary tooth. In addition, his team clearly laid out all the costs and why I needed each item. Dr. Noffze was consistently friendly and reassuring as I was very nervous. He personally checked on me before and after the surgery many times making me feel at ease throughout the process. His team goes above and beyond, as they called me on Thanksgiving Day to see how I was doing. My surgery was 2 days prior to the holiday. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Noffze for your oral surgeon needs!!

Excellent service Dental assistant, Tanya,and dental hygienist, Lesley,were very professional and friendly and made me feel safe and comfortable and well taken care if. Dr Noffze was very personable and kind. RN, Pat, was able to start my IV on the first try. Nancy , reception gal, was very friendly.
