I chose the office, after I spent 10 years with my previous dentist, based on the good reviews the office has and its location. The first appointment was for the evaluation and performing the X-rays, and it went with no issues. I asked to be scheduled with a hygienist for a routine cleaning. I was placed on the waiting list to receive a text notification of cancellation and availability. The first appointment had to be canceled, when I was at the office at the time of my appointment, because the visiting hygienist couldn't make it and didn't show up. I picked up another appointment when I got a call from the office, the night of the appointment, to cancel again. I informed the office that it is the second time and it really messes up my work schedule. I was told to keep the appointment after they tried to cancel it for no reason. I thought it was for a regular cleaning as requested but it was for another evaluation with a treatment plan for Perio Scaling and root cleaning. It is a 3-phase plan and has over $900 of out-of-pocket copayments. I had to meet the office manager to explain that I have my own periodontist who has been doing an excellent job for the last 10 years and he does my root cleaning twice a year. The answer was unexpected. It is the recommendation of the hygienist and it has to be done at the center before scheduling a regular cleaning. If I don't like it, I can go somewhere else. After a couple of days, I found that I was placed again at the text notification of availability. I thought that the issue was solved and I picked another appointment. I was called the day of the appointment and was informed that the appointment had to be canceled again because I had to do the deep cleaning first. I asked for a referral to go and do the deep cleaning at my regular periodontal office as he requested a referral from the new dental center in order to look into their plan, and to see what is needed. The office manager replied that the office will give me no referral to use my regular periodontal service. What the clinic is doing is pure upselling, unprofessional, and unethical. I may also check the legality of its practice when I contact the board of dentistry.

This office was excellent. They accommodated a same-day visit for a dental emergency, managed my pain promptly, and completed a root canal within two days. After contacting multiple “emergency” practices with no availability, their responsiveness stood out. The staff was professional and accommodating, and pricing was notably more reasonable than other offices. Highly recommend.

Great Intake experience. ALL staff members were clearly experienced and knowledgeable in their functional areas & expertise. Dr. Foleck offered expert level analysis in easy to understand terms and solutions to very complicated patient with complex bone issues and additional resolution of Anaesthesia complicated by Sleep Apnea.

Dr. Dano removed a salivary stone that's made me swelling for 20 years. No other dentist had even mentioned its removal to me and they had me fixed in 20min. Every person I interacted with made me feel calm and truly cared for. I wish I knew all of their names so I could give each of them the individual credit they deserve.
If you’re nervous about the dentit, this is the place to go!

Dr. Dano, his assistant Avé, and coordinator Diamond are an outstanding team. Dr. Dano's skill is truly remarkable; he could easily moonlight as a sculptor. The temporary teeth he crafted from composite material the week before I received the lab-made crowns were beautiful! His lighthearted approach, coupled with Avé’s warm demeanor, significantly reduced my anxiety during visits, which I greatly appreciated.
Avé was knowledgeable, thorough, and always willing to listen and answer all my questions. Diamond was incredibly efficient in assisting with paperwork and finances, and she consistently greeted me with a smile. My provisional crowns look stunning, and I wholeheartedly give my experience a 10/10. I highly recommend The Foleck Center.
