Came it was a certain issue from a dentist, The Dr took time to look at a ct and diagnose my issue (dentist was wrong, but thats why I was referred here) surgery to fix an opening to the sinuses was scheduled a week out. The day of everyone was nice and professional, I remember absolutely nothing. My driver was well informed and I absolutely feel the medication routine I was given was very adequate in controlling the pain. I came into today a week after, everything was fixed and I could myself see the before and after image myself and see a difference. Very happy, Great experience. Definitely recommend.

Very polite patient and kind. The staff was very informative and explained everything in a way that made it super easy to understand. Honestly even scheduling was a breeze and flexible to my needs… Will recommend this place to everyone and anyone that will listen.

The front desk lady Ciara who calls you on the phone was VERY rude. She continued to interrupt after asking me what PAIN meds I was on, which im not. I was going to tell her I was on antibiotics for the tooth and had been for a month with infection. And that im in heart and kidney failure and wasnt feeling like the antibiotics were working cause I got a double ear infection on top of the tooth breaking off. She cut me off before I could say the word antibiotics and said "ma'am, unless youre answering questions about your Casper report then this isnt important and i need to move on. Girl WHAT. How was it not important? I am also a type 1 diabetic and on insulin shots. Which i was trying to tell her. She then told me I needed to make a new appointment for OCT 10, when I had an appointment for today, Oct 2 to be examined already. HER MISTAKE NOT MINE. And when I was confused and asked why she told me because she just got my referral that day, which wasnt true. I had it sent over a month ago. And even spoke to the office manager while making my original appointment. I was very upset and crying because of how she was talking to me, I then hung up as the woman left me sitting in silence On the phone for an extended amount of time. When I called back to make sure my appointment was made she answered the phone again, proceeded to tell me yes the appointment was made and WHEN I ASKED FOR HER NAME, SHE HUNG UP. so I called back one last time and the other girl in the office told me her name. So HI CIARA. Hope whatever had ruined your day was a good enough reason to treat a complete and total stranger, who lives in the same town as you by the way, like someone who doesn't deserve decency. I hope you learn some compassion as well, other wise this should not be the job you have. 😉

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. McLaurin, and the experience couldn’t have gone better. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. I’ve had zero pain since the procedure, and I was even able to eat chicken the very next day with no issues at all. The healing process has been going great, and I’m impressed with how well everything has turned out. Dr. McLaurin did an outstanding job — highly recommended!
