Beautiful staff, came in on my lunch break and I was in and out in no time. I have had less than favorable experiences at previous dentists, i guess my fear of doctors doesn’t help lol, but Dr. B and the hygienist made me feel so comfortable I didn’t even realize we had finished my appointment. Highly recommend, very professional and welcoming.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Highly Recommend The Lakes Family Dental , I recently visited The Lakes Family Dental as a walk-in patient and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The front desk reception staff were professional, welcoming, and efficient, which immediately set a positive tone for my visit. The hygienist, Marisol, conducted a very thorough and professional cleaning and took the time to explain proper dental techniques and procedures in a clear and helpful way. Jennifer, the dental treatment coordinator, truly excelled in her role. She carefully presented my treatment plan, contacted my dental insurance on my behalf, and went above and beyond by offering Alphaeon Credit to make payment more manageable. I was approved for a 24-month, 0% interest financing plan, which made the process extremely smooth and stress-free. Dr. Flores performed multiple dental procedures efficiently and skillfully. Thanks to a combination of expertise, teamwork, and modern technology, I experienced no pain during the procedures. I am currently in the process of starting Invisalign and looking forward to achieving my perfect smile. Overall, the professionalism, transparency, and patient-centered care at this office truly stood out.

Lakes Family Dental truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, and the entire office has such a calm, comforting vibe. The dental team took their time explaining everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients, not just their teeth. It’s rare to find a dental office that combines professionalism, kindness, and honesty so seamlessly. Great Front Desk, Predatory Financial Practices This review is strictly about their process. The experience starts off well; the front desk greets you nicely and is very attentive. The hygienist greets you and takes you to your exam room right away. However, once you are in the chair, they begin asking a series of questions ranging from "Do you like your smile?" to "Are you interested in keeping all of your teeth?" The hygienist then evaluates your gums and starts yelling numbers to a machine, but she did not explain to me what those numbers meant. The dentist comes in to meet you, evaluates your teeth, orders X-rays, and then returns to diagnose you with cavities or potential work at every little opportunity. Finally, a woman who acts as a "sales consultant" comes in to run your insurance. You are taken into a small, enclosed office where they show you a paper with the work you allegedly need—my quote came out to more than $15,000, and I hadn't even had my dental cleaning yet. She mentioned they cannot schedule you for anything until you "pay off," meaning you either pay the whole amount upfront or they run your credit so you can finance it. Please feel empowered to decline these services and prevent yourself from getting into massive debt. There are other dentists who will work with you to get the care you need with the resources you actually have.
