After nearly two weeks of frustrating dental experiences in Abilene—where I was pushed toward unnecessary treatments, endured multiple visits without real care, and even ended up with an abscess after they poked around—finding Dr. Rangel was an absolute game-changer. From the moment I walked in, he and his staff were kind, professional, and focused on me, not on upselling. Dr. Rangel took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me real options, and made sure I understood. The procedure itself was painless, and I left feeling truly cared for instead of taken advantage of. The drive (2.5 hours!) was 100% worth it. If you want a dentist who genuinely cares, doesn’t push unnecessary treatments, and delivers exceptional care, I can’t recommend Dr. Rangel and his team enough.

I live 2 hours and 15 minutes from The Laser Smile Center but it isn’t about the distance. It is about the warm caring way that Dr. Rangel and his staff take care of me! I have had MANY experiences with them, and every experience has been positive. Oh my goodness, I would encourage you to go see them for any dental concerns🙏💗🌻

I always love coming to the Laser Smile Center because the people are super nice and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and are always ready to help. I went in to get a root canal and they really took good care of me. Dr. Rangel does really good work and his assistant Lisa is awesome! ☺️ If you ever need any work on your teeth, I highly recommend checking out the Laser Smile Center!

This place is amazing, very gentle, and professional. Actually listen to what you want as a patient, and respectful of what you want. Will answer all of your questions with out being condescending, because let's admit, we aren't all doctors, yet give you detailed information about all options. The staff is extremely friendly and personable, yet retaining a level of trusted professionalism. Would highly recommend to anyone, even more so of those nervous of going to the dentist, like myself. I can truly say I made the right choice in my selection of dentistry professionals.

My experience at the Laser Smile Center was excellent. Staff treated me very courteously and the procedure was painless. I had a filling replaced that had came out and disappeared. I was very impressed with Dr. Rangel and plan on making him my go to dentist in the future.
