My son is missing 2 teeth and needed a prosthetic that he could eat with while we wait for him to be old enough for dental implants. I came in at the end of the day without an appointment for my son to inquire if they could help us. They took us in 30 minutes and gave us two options. They scanned him and let me take the evening to chose which option suited us. The next day I called with my choice and a little over a week later it was in! A perfect color match and they adjusted it to my son's liking. He was so happy with it. They were amazingly accommodating for a walk in.

The team at The Oak Mountain Denture and Implant Center were a dream to work with today. Everyone made us feel at home and made sure we understood things every step of the way. My husband had the best experience with his extraction, and is thrilled to have a plan set for a smile he is comfortable with. We went in with the expectation of having everything pulled and getting dentures today, but left with an even better plan. Dr K. was very helpful, and even though it meant less money for his office, he never hesitated to give us a better option. Thank you all so much!

Incredibly heart warming group of people!! Dr. Kwolek is a brilliant man, highly specialized, and quite possibly the most caring soul I’ve ever met in my nearly 30 years of dental needs. His lovely wife, Madolyn made sure my day didn’t end on a painful and worrisome note by allowing me to be seen even tho it went beyond business hours AND as an unestablished patient. Their lead assistant was so very personable and kind. This practice clearly loves what they do, but I believe they love to serve their patients even more and that was beyond evident from start to finish. They treated me like family: offered coffee/water upon arrival, ensured I was comfortable in every realm, answered any and all questions I had in great and thorough detail (I had LOTS!) and did so with much grace and patience. I genuinely believe this group loves the people that come through that door. I cannot rank them highly enough for all the ways they went above and beyond for me. I love them!!! I will absolutely recommend them to anyone! ♥️

Dr. Kwolek and his assistant Leanna are amazing. Very personal and professional. They aim to bring the best care for your dental needs and create you a fabulous smile. Also treating their patients life family. Highly recommend!!!!

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The intake process was incredibly easy and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait at all before being seen. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. Everyone took the time to explain things clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. It’s clear they truly care about their patients and take pride in what they do. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care in a stress-free environment!

The Oak Mountain Denture and Implant Center is a family-owned denture and implant practice located at 3397 Helena Road in Helena, Alabama, serving Shelby County, Hoover, and the greater Birmingham area. The practice is led by Dr. Joshua Kwolek, and its team handles extractions, implant surgery, and lab work all under one roof. Services include single and multiple tooth replacement with dental implants and partials, full dentures and snap-in dentures, and full arch non-removable implant treatment (often compared with the All-on-4 treatment concept or "Teeth in a Day"), as well as help with dental pain or swelling.

Meet the Doctors
Dr. Joshua Kwolek leads the practice. According to the practice's website, he earned his dental degree with honors from the University of Connecticut and completed the Foundry dental residency in Bessemer, Alabama, where he received focused training in implant surgery, bone grafting, and dental prosthetics. He now serves as a faculty member at the Foundry program, teaching advanced implant and prosthetic techniques to other dentists. He continues his training across the country and internationally and volunteers with the Christian Medical Ministry of Alabama. The office team includes Madolyn Kwolek and Leanna Jeter, Clinical Lead.
