Dr. Bath and his staff are absolutely amazing! Our 15-year-old had his wisdom teeth removed, and Dr. Bath also needed to create space for his canines to grow in properly. The surgery went incredibly well, and we carefully followed all of the post-op instructions provided to us. At our son’s one-week follow-up appointment, he was cleared to return to his normal activities, and his recovery has been smooth from start to finish. Everything about this experience exceeded our expectations. Dr. Bath and his team were professional, caring, and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. We are truly grateful for the excellent care our son received and highly recommend this office!

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed here, and going into it I was absolutely terrified after hearing so many horror stories. From the very first consultation, the staff was incredibly reassuring and made me feel so much more comfortable about the procedure. I also expected to wait months for surgery, but they were able to get me in just four days later. The entire process was quick and smooth. From the moment I walked in to the time I was heading home, it was only about an hour and a half. My recovery was so much easier than I expected. I had absolutely no swelling or bruising, only needed over-the-counter pain medication for about five days, and was back to eating normally a little over a week later. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing their wisdom teeth removed. The staff is welcoming, reassuring, and truly great at what they do. I’m so thankful they turned something I was so scared of into such a positive experience!

I had a great experience with Dr. Bath and the whole team! They were so kind and helpful, and they made getting my wisdom teeth removed quick and easy. I was nervous at first, but everything went smoothly and the pain really wasn’t bad at all. I’m so grateful for their care and highly recommend them!

I was referred to Dr. Bath through my general dentist because he is in-network. While my surgery itself was successful, the overall experience was disorganized and unprofessional enough that I would not recommend this office. Before my consultation, I completed all required forms and provided my information in advance, yet I was asked to repeat everything upon arrival. When the office couldn’t locate my referral, they asked me to call my dentist myself instead of handling it internally. The consultation involved long wait times, outdated materials, and repeated collection of the same information. Dr. Bath’s communication style was abrupt, and some questions felt unnecessarily personal and poorly handled. On the day of surgery, the clinical environment felt outdated, and there were multiple signs of disorganization (e.g., no clean blankets available). Instructions during anesthesia were minimal, and interactions between staff and the doctor in front of me were uncomfortable and unprofessional. After surgery, I was told I had a follow-up appointment scheduled—but when I reached out to confirm, I learned it had never been booked. To summarize: the clinical outcome was fine, but the lack of organization, poor communication, and unprofessional patient experience were consistent throughout. I would not return or recommend this office.

About The Ohio Center for Oral, Facial & Implant Surgery

The Ohio Center for Oral, Facial & Implant Surgery is an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice at 1575 Cross Creeks Boulevard in Pickerington, Ohio, with additional offices in Bexley and Westerville. The practice describes itself as offering a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal, and performs a full range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures, including sinus lifts. Other services listed on its website include tooth extractions, treatment of impacted canines and other teeth, oral pathology and oral cancer screening, facial trauma care, jaw joint (TMJ) disorders, sleep apnea, pre-prosthetic surgery, platelet rich plasma, 3-D imaging, and anesthesia. The practice also offers cosmetic facial procedures through its sister office, Bella Cosmedica.

For patients considering dental implants, the practice explains that implants form a strong foundation for replacement teeth, help preserve the jawbone and facial structure, and can support individual teeth or secure specialized dentures. The first appointment consists of a consultation and examination, with X-rays taken to evaluate bone structure, and most patients leave the same day with a treatment estimate and surgery appointment. The office participates with most dental benefit plans and will work with both dental and medical carriers to bill directly for procedures. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturday by special appointment, and the practice serves Pickerington, Bexley, Westerville, Columbus, and surrounding Central Ohio communities including Canal Winchester, Reynoldsburg, Gahanna, New Albany, and Pataskala.

His practice emphasizes oral reconstruction through bone grafting and dental implants, and the website states he has experience with more than 20 different dental implant systems. He is a member of organizations including the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and is affiliated with Fairfield Medical Center. The website refers to the practice as Manraj S. Bath, DMD & Associates but does not name any additional doctors.
